Every time I go in this place, I come out happier. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful and I never have to wait, parking is abundant. I cannot stand the Verizon website, chat lines and bots. Just drop in and have them check my bill or fix my screen saver. They NEVER roll their eyes. Thanks, El Cerrito Verizon staff! Service like this seems so rare these days.
