Don’t come here! Be careful with the short Hispanic guy called Daniel! He screwed me over so bad. I was supposed to pay $280 a month and the lowest I paid is $360. Do not come here
Daniel is the best. Just go to the store. Do not use the chat support. Verizon tech support is terrible. I spent 3 hours with chat and phone support trying to set up my new phone. They gave me terrible instructions. Like counterproductive. Like advising me to erase the esim on the new phone, eject the hard sim on the old phone, and go without a phone for 24-48 hours while they “cleared a hold”. Verizon has TERRIBLE customer service.
