Horrible customer service!!!!!! I waited in store for 2 hours for a phone pick up that has been paid for. While waiting I stepped outside as soon as I stepped outside this woman employee came an locked the doors on me saying they were closed… And every employee there came to assist me a told me to wait cause the phone was in packaging. Police had to be called an I still got my iphone16 that day. The lord is not sleep. Every employee there needs to be replaced. Warning don't deal with Chad! Beware. I went to get a new phone, case, ear buds, Chad had me there over 2 hours and was unable to complete the transaction after 5 attempts due to there system having issues. Came back 1 day later waited for Chad for another hour before being helped. I expressed how unhappy I was was he then told my friend and I to leave the store.
