Only reason i gave a 1 as the staff work hard to get me up and running. I spent 15 hours trying to set up an account!
Sends everyone to uBreakiFix , with no other information or expectations. Also straight up lies about what uBreakiFix is capable of doing.
Horrible customer service!!!!!! I waited in store for 2 hours for a phone pick up that has been paid for. While waiting I stepped outside as soon as I stepped outside this woman employee came an locked the doors on me saying they were closed… And every employee there came to assist me a told me to wait cause the phone was in packaging. Police had to be called an I still got my iphone16 that day. The lord is not sleep. Every employee there needs to be replaced.
