@verizoncorporate My phone went out on the 30th and it's going on day 7 and I'm still waiting on a phone they promise to overnight me a replacement. All I have been getting is the run around! I lost several days of work and almost got fired because of no means of communication which is required to do my job!!! I have to use a phone several different ways in order to complete my work.
Horrible service !! Unintelligent workers, i preferred a phone and it’s been a week and they can’t sell me my phone because of system glitches. Unprofessional had me waiting for 3 hours with no help
