Jacob and his trainee gave me a very positive experience and answered all of my questions with ease.
Jacob is absolutely fantastic! During my previous visit, he assisted me with lowering my monthly bill. Today, he assisted me with selecting a new phone. He is courteous, polite and helpful. Perhaps, equally important, he is knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
