I recently had an outstanding experience at Verizon, thanks to one of their associates, Sojiah. I walked in with a complicated issue regarding my family plan and billing, feeling pretty frustrated. Never been treated so horribly in my life. Called support on my phone they made me an apt at store i show up to store half hour before my apt time it is now 10 mins past my apt time when i checked in guy said 1 person ahead of me......since then 5 people have come in the store been helped and left but apparently because i have prepaid service i dont deserve to have my problem adressed. While setting up my new phone I was astonished with the great customer service. Both workers, though overwhelmed, helped me trade in and set up my new iPhone in a short amount of time. I can confidently say that this was the best Verizon store experience of my life.
