Overall, had an amazing experience with them was not expecting to get anything and ended up getting myself a brand new iPhone 17 and their customer service was amazing
Juanita was most helpful in figuring out my phone problem. She was very courteous and cheerful while figuring out a solution.
By far the best Verizon store in Spokane. I was helped with such kindness and great explanations. I was there for a good amount of time everyone was kind, personable, and helpful. If the off chance you have to wait a little it worth it cause you will be getting the attention and time you need.
