I am a long time Verizon customer I've been doing Verizon for 15 years! I have never been so insulted, You are out of compliance with the ADA Americans with disabilities act! I am disabled and I was forced to walk over a block and a half away from your store in order to use the restroom! In the cold snow and puddles! I got splashed by a puddle on my way back!
