My wife made appointment to clear old iPhones when arrived was greeted and rudely told he couldn’t deal with her at that time and went into back.He came out 5 minutes later and said he now had time to, even though a walk in client was served before her. He was unable to open her apple account and much later my wife noticed the phone was in airplane. Quick and easy in-and-out service. Although they couldn't help me today, the staff was very friendly. Not too busy.

Verizon has terrible customer service and recently switched their phone lines to an AI model. It took me 6 calls to simply set up a new phone, with no option to talk to a human. Inefficient technology being used to subsidize Verizon's profits at the expense of the customer. Terrible Edit: They also apparently have an automated service to reply to reviews, taking the separation between customer and service one step further

I've been with Verizon almost 24 years. I picked up my phone there and asked them if they could transfer my info to the new phone. They said sure for a $30 fee. I told them I was on vacation and I did not have access to the internet to transfer. I also told them that I'd been with the company almost 24 years and they said it doesn't matter, you have to pay $30. He said, you can sit over there and use our internet if you want.
