I recently switched carriers and after 11 hours trying to activate the SIM card with both representatives and tech support, I was finally instructed to visit a Verizon Corporate branch and they would get me situated. I need an answer about the outage. I have a dying family member and no one is giving me a straight answer on why this is happening. I've even called the corporate office to get an update on what's going on. Ian was my buisness rep and was absolutely phenomenal, got my business and I absolutely everything we needed I was appraised of every detail every step among the way. Tina was also in on assisting me and made myself and my CFO feel right at home. Recommend these folks 10 out of 10. I will be a customer of Verizon for a very long time!!
Very disrespectful and rude staff. Walked away from me mid conversation. They did not want to help me at all.
