Changed carriers, TMobile to Verizon, for whatever reason (loss of signal) much more.... had to go back to Verizon because it was driving me crazy to keep going into store and never getting it taken care of.... don't dare to touch anything w/o screwing up my phone or getting hacked. Sketchy sales transaction. I paid cash for my phone. The sales person said I had 30 days to return it. I am back within 15 days. They now said that they can't give me anything in writing. That I need to turn my phone in for the $360 credit and it will show on the next billing cycle. I am to trust that this will happen. I'm sorry but there is no freaking way I'm trusting anyone at Verizon with a he said she said especially since the sales person didnt say that the trade in would be a b... so I called 911. Why not. Worst customer service I have had in years. Sales rep actually walked away from us because he did not like what we had to say. Came back a minute later and said he just needed water.
Dave! An absolute star! My husband’s phone died and somehow Dave made his phone resurrect to working order; we decided it was time for a new phone. Fortunately Dave walked us through the differences of the latest S26 phones and got exactly what my husband wanted. Dave was so friendly, patient and knowledgeable. 5 stars my friend! 😁
