Good luck getting ahold of them. Kind of ironic that a phone company never answers their own phones. I called the Concord, NH Fort Eddy location 5 times and was not able to get through to anybody.
I was a Verizon customer for 12 years, and my experience closing my account spanned over two months, was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. After porting my number and closing my account, I paid what I was told was my final bill and credits/refunds due would come later. I later received another bill instead of the refund I expected. Sent in to go very possibly switching from T-Mobile to Verizon. Was told about the $30 phone line plans. Asked about getting 1 line to test. Was told around $36. Went outside talked to partner. Decided to test it. Went back in and it jumped to $45 because I would have to port number which I wasn't told. Decided not to test. Leaves ATT likely as the best bet.
