Canceled service under NO contract. Verizon still took money out of our account in excess of $350 illegally. I went to a store and they redirected me to customer service. Customer services told me to go to corporate store. I went to the corporate store in Concord who could not help me and directed me back to phone support then kicked me out of the store and told me I'm not welcome back. THEY STILL WILL NOT CLOSE AN ACCOUNT AFTER MU NUMBERS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER COMPANY AND REFUND ME THE $350 THEY ILLEGALLY STOLE FROM M... read more
After 23 years as a Verizon customer, I am happy to have moved to another service provider with better service and lower costs. The staff at this location again today exemplified the cavalier attitude of Verizon, as billing errors compounded, taking too many hours over 2 months to fix, while blaming me for their obvious errors.
