I ordered a phone over the phone with a Verizon representative four days ago. I selected this store for pickup since I would be in the area. When I arrived, I waited for help and was asked for my phone number. They entered it into an iPad and informed me that my order was pending. I mentioned that I had called Verizon customer service the day before to confirm that my phone was ready for pickup. One star only cause you gotta put at least one. Never in my life have I had a horrible experience as bad as I’ve experienced at this store. I go in cause my phone was glitching and losing service everywhere I went and I wanted to check out options for troubleshooting or just a new phone and the gentleman told me I couldn’t trade it in cause it was glitching which is odd cause of their ads saying trade in any phone any condition and he said they don’t replace my phone under warranty cause it’s too old… it’s an iPhone 13…. Was a little hesitant to go here because of the reviews they had online but was immediately greeted by Jas. He provided an excellent representation of good customer service and made sure we walked away with a great new IPhone and a good cell phone plan. Shaw and Sunnyside, Clovis Company Store is outstanding. Nuvia and Stephen are customer focused professionals. Great listeners and knowledgeable. Purchased a galaxy S24 FE on line. Nuvia got it set up and operating. Found that Samsung and Verizon are loading bloat apps (78) with out customer permission or request.
