Phone number provided doesn't go to the store but to a call center. When calling the call center to try and fix bill problems, we were informed only the store could fix them. They also stated they were unable to help because this store is a corporate store. Everytime we try and get upgrades there are bill discrepancies from what we were told in the store. Being unable to contact the store directly is even more infuriating when the call center states they are unable to help.
Ok so broad strokes are that I am maddeningly frustrated with Verizon CORPORATE as a whole- not going to get into that here. That being said, Jas at the Sierra Vista Verizon corporate location in Clovis was incredibly helpful today. He sat with me and my two toddlers for 2 and a half hours to help me resolve my issue.
