Was told over the phone this location had the phone I wanted. Went there to see workers standing around while talking I waited several minutes for someone to come over to ask what I needed then I was turned away because I was told to call Verizon. Couldn't help but think because of what I needed they didn't want to help and instead pushed me to the phone lines. Thanks wonderful service. Came here to leave a bad review but I didn’t really have to bc there are already several others. Whoever manages this store should be fired & second thought should be put into who you guys hire! Don’t waste your time coming into this store unless you wanna be standing around the store for 30mins watching the workers sitting down & hehe haha-ing with each other not even bother to greet you or ask if you need help. Took my business elsewhere. Thanks for the favor!
