Awesome place! Plenty of knowledgeable people that work here. Very helpful transferring my grandson's T-Mobile phone over to Verizon. Speaking of the T-Mobile store that's right around the corner from here "pathetic".

Went in to this store to start a new account and transfer a couple of numbers to it on Sunday. No one knew how to do any of that. They handed me a paper and told me to handle it myself. All the attendents just stood in the corner talking or hid behind the wall. Spent close to any hour working on this with my wife and 5 month old before someone told me the transfer dept. doesn't work on Sunday.
