This is a good store if… you enjoy standing in the front for a long time while several employees just stand there and do nothing, holding their iPads, arms crossed, like they’re waiting for lunch. Chatting with their co-workers about sports or whatever. It couldn’t hurt them to ask if you needed anything or explain why they are just standing there instead of helping.

Phone number provided doesn't go to the store but to a call center. When calling the call center to try and fix bill problems, we were informed only the store could fix them. They also stated they were unable to help because this store is a corporate store. Everytime we try and get upgrades there are bill discrepancies from what we were told in the store. Being unable to contact the store directly is even more infuriating when the call center states they are unable to help.
