Every one was very kind and helpful.
I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 11 years, and this location treated me appallingly. Staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and showed zero respect. Customer service should mean problem solving and professionalism, this store failed completely.

Verizon sucks now. Its like dumbed down cell serviceall around in this town. Gotta tap everything 2 or more times. Screenshot everything twice. Ridiculous how bad it is here. You owe us all money back.
