Only phone that works outside of city limits
First part was fine, waited in line, got a new phone. Then my service rep abandoned me for an hour, hiding in the break room when all I had left for them to do was to turn in my old phone. Frustrating.
Verizon is scamming customers — and I’m one of them. I’ve been wrongfully charged forover 4 weeks of service I never received. On top of that, I hadtwo separate two-week outages, and they’re still billing me for those as well. When I contacted customer service, they refused to even discuss the issueunless I first pay the incorrect charges. Matthew B is an incredible worker who was very helpful and communicated all the steps I had to take in a quick and professional manner. If you find yourself at this location, ask for Matthew, he answers all your questions and is more focused on customer service then dipping into your pocket. He's seems like a very sincere individual and I left the store feeling satisfied.
