Matthew B is an incredible worker who was very helpful and communicated all the steps I had to take in a quick and professional manner. If you find yourself at this location, ask for Matthew, he answers all your questions and is more focused on customer service then dipping into your pocket. He's seems like a very sincere individual and I left the store feeling satisfied.

I have had multiple issues with the corporate store at 1430 E Rte 66 Unit 102, Flagstaff, AZ 86001 under store manager Troy Tucker. The issue is with the assistant manager or floor manager. Upon arrival to that location on 5/28/25 to figure out a resolution on an ongoing issue with a promotion I had yet to receive from Black Friday. My wife and I walked into this location the afternoon of 07/08 to trade in our phones, give Verizon even more of our money. We were checked in and first in line for one hour. I observed a total of eight employees yet only two customers were being helped. The others were either laughing it up or walking around on their tablets.
