Had a major phone emergency, but Justin spent so much time and energy helping me out. It was a very unusual problem with my SIM cards and I really wasn’t sure what to do. The pros at this Verizon store took so much time helping me out and made sure everything was perfect before I walked out the door. Thanks again Justin and the team at your store, you guys rock!

Update as of 3/2/26…… It took me 14 months to get all my gift cards to my account. 14 months to get $600 worth of gift cards from Black Friday of 2024. Don’t ever buy or trust any representative at this location. Months of going back and forth with customer service. Can’t wait to switch back to T-Mobile in November. Yesterday my partner and I went to get our phones transfered and Amy helped us with a great smile. She is a walking knowledge. Amy transfered everything with a blink of an eye. I'm sure everyone there is fantastic but we are so lucky to have had her. Quick, fast and efficient. Arian her boss was also fantastic...THANK YOUUUUUU
This Verizon location is terrible. The staff is uninformed, unhelpful, downright rude and incompetent because they did not end up changing my plans the way we discussed, and my bill went way up. I had to get on the phone and change them in the end. Go to the store on Woodlands (though it is a different type of store) -- they are super helpful.
