We have been without phone and WiFi since Friday and this is Tuesday.
Verizon in my opinion is the worst , most deceitful company in the united states. Here in Searcy Ar when the folks needed cell service to check on loved ones . You all could not provide good cell service. Im all over this country and you all are a joke . Greatest day is when my contract is up and go back to AT&T.
Lee at the Verizon store in Searcy helped me with the purchase of my new IPhone 17 Pro Max today. Lee is an AMAZING Verizon employee!!! He always goes above and beyond for me each time that I update my phones. Verizon is very blessed and fortunate to have Lee serving in the position of district manager. Lee ROCKS!!!!

The management at the store is anything but management Lee could not manage himself out of a paper sack! Verizon should be embarrassed to have these people consider themselves leaders of their company. The only thing they’re doing for them is leading them into a ditch. he spoke to me as if I were a child, less than human! He actually called me stupid at one point and then refused to sell me a product while holding it above my head where I could not reach it such an adult!
