My wife and son went in to the location next to Chipotle to get our son a new phone. The 3 women working were extremely rude and unhelpful. They would not help my wife because her drivers license(married name) did not match the account name(maiden name). My wife tried to explain she had been attempting to get it changed but could not get it to change successfully. She even showed them her ap, verification code, and phones.
