The representative at the store took a return from my account getting hacked. Then he managed to shut off my husband's phone and disconnect his phone number for absolutely no reason. It took 7 hours on the phone to fix it. No one knows what they are doing. Listen to Billy Bob and switch to T Mobile.
My daughter went in to get a new phone and was treated with such disdain and lied to. Had to call to get everything sorted. I will be following up because if this is how a store represents corporate, I may be taking my private and business accounts else where. I would never wish this experience on anyone.
Super slow - waiting on my internet WiFi package to be packed now for 3 days. Multiple delays and now being told “when one of us gets around to it”. What happened to a 2 hour turn around? Go somewhere else.
