Verizon in my opinion is the worst , most deceitful company in the united states. Here in Searcy Ar when the folks needed cell service to check on loved ones . You all could not provide good cell service. Im all over this country and you all are a joke . Greatest day is when my contract is up and go back to AT&T.

The management at the store is anything but management Lee could not manage himself out of a paper sack! Verizon should be embarrassed to have these people consider themselves leaders of their company. The only thing they’re doing for them is leading them into a ditch. he spoke to me as if I were a child, less than human! He actually called me stupid at one point and then refused to sell me a product while holding it above my head where I could not reach it such an adult! Adrian was not helpful at all, he walked away during my appointment. I went to another Verizon to get my husband in my Line and he told me that I could transfer lines whenever. And I go to the other location and they said I cannot until 30 days later. I also feel as if I was rushed. I was not offered to have a 17 ordered. So I feel like I was rushed to get the 16. My phone did not transfer over after he said it did. I do not recommend this location AT ALL.
