Went into this store tonight around 5:20pm on a 10/16. We were not greeted when we walked in which is fine, the dude out there was with another customer. A guy came from the back and immediately had an off attitude. I told him I had ordered Samsungs online and didn’t like them so I wanted to exchange for an iPhone 17 pro max. The representative at the store took a return from my account getting hacked. Then he managed to shut off my husband's phone and disconnect his phone number for absolutely no reason. It took 5 weeks and the Better Business Bureau to get the bill correct. My husband lost his phone number. No one knows what they are doing. Listen to Billy Bob and switch to T Mobile.
Customer service advised me to go to the nearest corporate store to return a phone ,so I went to the Searcy store on Race street. Not only did they not care about what customer service said they were very rude and the man working has a terrible attitude. I will never step foot back in this building 10-4-25
Not helpful at all being a corporate store and all. Have been trying and trying to get ahold of a representative for hours and still have yet to speak to someone for an issue im having. This store has no way to get ahold of someone??? That's what the guy told me.
