When I make an appointment I still end up waiting nearly an hour for someone to help me. I’ve had multiple rude interactions with the female manager there.
Most Verizon stores I’ve been to feel pretty transactional, people just going through the motions, waiting for their shift to end. But not this one. We were greeted with a genuine smile the moment we walked in and introduced to Lorsey, who completely changed my expectations of what a phone store visit can be. Lying to customers/ refusing to help. I upgraded my phone at this location and after they told me to come back to return/exchange my old phone, they refused to take it and help me. They told me that since I purchased it (2 years ago) at a different Verizon store in Bozeman, that I have to return it that same store. When I told them that I did not remember which store I bought it at they told me that I would have to go to each store in Bozeman and ask.
