If you are ready for overpriced plans, and unhelpful staff + and useless app that could be worked on this is the place.
Late father's cell phone account needed transfer to paper billing, as my mother pays by paper. I came in August and configured this, and confirmed the billing address. Never received a paper invoice. I returned today, waited 30 minutes, and was told the bills were sent to the wrong address. They refused to waive late fees. Then both customer service reps dismissively walked away from me, leaving me unable to waive the late fees. Avoid this company.
