Sat for a long time just to be told the version installer was wrong and this was the wrong location to return equipment
The most unhelpful and dismissive employees you'll encounter. They work on commission so unless you are buying something they have absolutely no interest in helping you. Probably switching carriers after that interaction. If I acted that way towards customers at my job I'd be fired
They still got it! Just upgraded my phone and line, and they were nothing but helpful. Especially around the busy holiday season.
Customer service was very good, even though she didnt feel well. A good employee.
