Filling out on behalf of mother in law: Completely HORRIBLE store! Not greeted by anyone, people were standing around off the clock and still on sales floor, an employee was just standing and chit chatting. Stopped into the store today to purchase a new screen protector. Was greeted by Dave who asked me if my screen protector was under warranty. I was not sure yes or no, but wanted to purchase a new screen protector. He asked me what kind of phone I had I explained to him and he said look up to get the information. Did not have a pleasant experience with the 1800 number , came To the store and Christian helped me right before closing with an issue that made him no money. He was very prompt and friendly. Will be using him going forward.
