I was signed up for the wrong internet service and I was charged $150 for their wrong doing. No one at verizon on the phone will get you direct advice and be prepared to be in the phone/website for HOURS if you have an issue. This is completely unacceptable of this Verizon store to have done and I’m not responsible for a charge that came as a result of their actions.
Terrible customer service. 5 calls into Verizon to try and rectify an issue that started when we changed over service from ATT. Were told that we would receive 5 rebates for 5 lines and in fact received 4 and denied the 5th. After 4 months of phone calls I was told the issue was that the plan did not match the promo. The same plan and promo that the representative in the store activated and set up on November of 2024. I would say that it was a great experience entering this store. Christian was the rep who attended to me and my husband. He’s very helpful, focused and knowledgeable. We got in and out in a very reasonable time, satisfied.
For the second time in one year, my account was hacked. This time they changed my SIM and I had no service at all. After filing a police report, the officer advised me to go to the Verizon store immediately. I went to this location and explained my issue. They put me on a phone back in a corner and did validate that I was actually speaking to a Verizon Rep. The Rep said it would be taken care of with 24 hours. Nothing changed.
