Do not get a Verizon Credit Card. My percentage went up from 22% to 38%. I have had it for 3 years pay on time with good credit. I called and they said everyone is paying that because of the economy. I will be switching my service
Made an appointment to return a phone. Showed up and there were only 2 employees on the floor. A woman with a tablet came out of the back and asked to get me checked in and I told her I had an appointment to return a phone. I asked if she could take it and was told I had to wait for someone else to help me and then watched as she went over and began helping a couple who were already being assisted by a team member. I came in to drop off a device for trade-in, and overall, the experience was disappointing—except for my interaction with Robert. Upon arrival, I noticed several employees taking their time, while others seemed completely disengaged, staring off into space.
