I don't remember the gentlemans name but even tho his job was business accounts, he did his best to answer my questions & he was very friendly and courteous.
My Papa went in here in May and asked for a simple phone, something to make phone calls. They gave him a Samsung Galaxy S24FE, with their Unlimited Plus package. ( A simple phone to make calls dose not need that) They also had him get a car charger. My Papa did not understand what he was getting. He said he wanted it to be a smart phone. So they sold him a $649.99 phone. I do not recommend sending your grandparents here. I would have done 0 stars because taking advantage of the elderly is disgusting.
I wouldn't go there. All they did for my uncle was take an X-ray of his teeth & sent him home
