Sydney is the best! !! She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix and deal with the issues I had. She went above and beyond fixing my problems and answered every question I had. I'm definitely making her my go to at this Verizon store from now on. She is definitely a top rated salesperson and problem solver. Be sure to ask for her next time you visit the Wilder Rd. location…you won’t be disappointed.
I was treated very poorly by two snotty women when considering an upgrade. They kept repeating what I already knew and then argued with me about it. I’ve been a Verizon customer for well over 25 years and you’d that would get me some respect. Maybe it’s time to check out AT&T.
Alisha, a representative at this store, is a complete liar. She didn’t answer any of my questions honestly and ended up giving me the customer care number whom I called and got every question answered. Alisha called me a liar and whenever I proved her wrong she wanted to “agree to disagree”. 0 out of 10 customer service. Request a different representative if you every go here.
Matthew was really helpful with my in store purchase as well as transferring a line over to my account!
10/10 this store is clean,has a great layout and wonderful staff. Matt is the best at what he does! He's very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I'm definitely making this my Verizon store from now on.
