Our salesperson was Evan and he answered all of our questions. He got us set up and we’re so glad to make the switch to Verizon. Evan was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to what we wanted and he set us up with it. Very good experience!!

I had to return my wifi cube back to a corporate store. Closest was 55 miles away. They sold it to me through a franchise store. I wasn't happy about that. It has taken over a month to get the $200 off my acct. With threats of disconnection. This doesn't make me happy and I've been with them for over 34 yrs.

I cannot describe how useless these folks are. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced so bad that I’m leaving a review and I don’t do this. After 7 years of being what I thought was a valuable customer, I’m honestly thinking about switching to AT&T…..Trash!!!
