Went to the Verizon office to get help on a 3rd party sign up from a sales rep who signed up my mom for Internet service. The sales person had no follow up with my mom and left my mom without any service and a charge. She needed help with receiving a refund and Sal Bautista was an incredible help in solving moms problem. Sal went above and beyond with customer service. So thank you to him!
