Severe Account Mishandling Led to Months‑Long Lockout and Financial Harm I visited this Verizon store in early March 2025 needing help with a number change for my line. Instead of resolving the issue, the staff assigned me a SIM card linked to a completely different number that wasn’t even on my account, locking me out of my Verizon services entirely.
