El servicio es bueno.
Very nice and willing to help. Verizon in General give you the run around . Trying to deal with an issue that apparently no one can fix due to not enough training or crappy ways of processing or troubleshooting. Very disappointing
They don’t help at all , worst store ever I came in for help and they make me call customer service the whole point of going in person is to get help I could’ve easily done that at home, do better.They can’t even provide empathy for a loyal customer how crazy.
