Expect a little wait because the store gets lots of customers since it’s is a corporate location. However when you do get help they take really good care of you so each person gets the attention they need! Big shout out to Cecil! He made it all work!

He really took care of us and was able to get the best deal possible.
Demond was absolutely awesome to work with. Went above and beyond getting my bill the lowest that we could get with getting a new phone. With a promotion that Verizon was running we were able to get the phone at no cost as well as lowering my overall plans monthly bill. Thanks!!!!
I have been a loyal customer for over a decade and honestly this is the worse customer experience- aggressive and disrespectful to say the least
