Want to be deceived, go to Verizon. My experience with Verizon is the worst and I recommend to be as cautious as possible while discussing and taking any plan from Verizon. I was with Xfinity, paying $65/month for two lines including taxes. I had two watch lines from Verizon, my total was coming around $96/month which included 2 watch device payment too and I was told to move my lives to Verizon and my monthly will go down. I ordered an upgraded wireless internet gateway via the app and didn't get any guidance on returning the old one. Called customer service and they said to drop it at this location. Turns out that's not exactly the protocol. KaRon was excellent to work with. Sorted out the return of the old internet device. While we were on with central customer service sorting that out, he saw that he could get me a new iPhone, lower my monthly bill by a little, and save me money on Netflix/HBO.
Bad service
The team working when I visited was exceptionally helpful. It was my best experience at a Verizon store by far.
The Verizon Agent in chat is refusing to help me with my internet issue after they told me my Internet Service was hacked. Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers.
