Was having issues with transfering phone to verizion. Worker at this store wouldnt even take the time to try and help us. Said only option was to get prepaid phone till ours would work.
Troy went above and beyond right at close. "NO PROBLEM" was Troy's response. Swiftly and with a purpose resolved my issue in a stressful situation. I have been in customer service for most of my life and hope to be able to accomplish this level of awesomeness. Troy good sir you are a gem and please continue being so amazing in a job that can truly beat a person down!!!!
Troy went the extra mile to help get a phone set up for an aging relative. We are not from the area and only in town for limited amount of time. He made sure to get things working in our limited time frame and did so with a great attitude.
RED HEAD MANAGER NEEDS TO GET FIRED. Don't go here, unless you want useless help from the manager and other female. They love hiding in the back. Save yourself some time and go to another store.
