Horrible, just horrible. They bait you to switch over promising you a specific monthly price; not true. Then wait till the 30 day trial period is up. After that, leave you with a high bill and become non responsive. Keep the service you with.
Verizon 4G and 5G internet is terrible. The price is reasonable but the service doesn’t seem to work most of the time. The business Representative ( Jason) will say he’s going to stop by my office but he’s a no call no show guy. I had to wait almost 2 hours just to return the internet equipment. My advice Cheaper is not always Better.
