I came to the Yonkers Verizon store after having a bad experience at another location, and Yasmine was amazing! She helped me call Verizon support and stayed with me the entire time, even though the store was about to close. She went above and beyond to make sure my eSIM was fully activated before I left. Yasmine was patient, kind, and truly cared about helping me. Thank you so much, Yasmine, for your outstanding customer service — you turned a frustrating situation into a great experience!
Horrible experience although the staff member helping me was kind she messed up everything with my billing and account after she promised to make my bill cheaper ! After I transferred my information to my new iPhone air 17 my Chase app and email were both hacked ! Do not go to this store !
