Extremely disappointing service. I was convinced to sign up for a plan with 4 lines under the promise that I would pay a specific monthly amount and receive 2 iPhones for free. However, when the bill arrived, it was almost double the amount I had been told. For three consecutive months I went back to the store, and each time they said the issue would be resolved, but nothing was done. Misleading and unacceptable service. I was sold a Verizon mobile WiFi device and was explicitly told I could cancel at any time and only pay $50 to return the device. That was not true. I canceled a little over a month later and was never told that missing an exact 30-day window would leave me responsible for the entire cost of the device. Now I am stuck with a bill of over $400 for something I would never have agreed to if this had been properly disclosed.
