Misleading and unacceptable service. I was sold a Verizon mobile WiFi device and was explicitly told I could cancel at any time and only pay $50 to return the device. That was not true. I canceled a little over a month later and was never told that missing an exact 30-day window would leave me responsible for the entire cost of the device. Now I am stuck with a bill of over $400 for something I would never have agreed to if this had been properly disclosed.
