Honestly, the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. Walked in to upgrade my phone prompted to check in. I check in. I proceed to wait an hour while they let 3 customers in ahead of me just for them to finally bring me forward to be helped. 5 minutes into the conversation they say they cant help me because I'm not an admin on the account (I am and have confirmed multiple times that I am) They proceed to tell me there is nothing they can do and I was prompted to leave. First off, a massive shoutout to Kayleigh and April. I walked into the store today as a frustrated T-Mobile customer after weeks of back and forth just trying to get basic business Wi-Fi set up. These two were not only professional and knowledgeable, but they also went above and beyond to navigate all the customer service hurdles and turn my entire experience around. Jordan and other Store reps were rude and simply refused to help !!! Ridiculous.
no idea how this place has such a high rating. expect to wait at least half an hour regardless of what you’re coming in for.
