The Manager here (who is named Chase) is the absolute BEST! He's able to calm people and meet them with true care after a long day filled with the frustration of your phone not working and customer service not answering. I watched him do this not only for me but for everyone who arrived after me. He's a calming presence which is hard to come by in NYC! He also know his stuff. He can rattle off Verizon facts like no one I have ever encountered and Ive been a Verizon customer for 20yrs. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!
I have checked in and waiting in line for 30 mins but the staff just picking up people that came after me and randomly. I don’t understand the whole point of checkin if they pick randomly. Very disappointing
