Terrible experience and would recommend never going to this store as the workers are some of the worst I’ve ever had experience with and made me want to switch to a whole new carrier. I had to go back 3 times. I have a SIM card issue and the first time I went to the store the customer service rep told me my service was cut off, didn’t look at my phone to even check what the issue is. You have to make an appointment just to buy a cable and staff is not friendly at all

Such a dedicated team! Best in the city~ the senior manager there, Rachel, was so patient and thorough when I brought my new phone to troubleshoot for transfer issues. She went through every possible solution until finally it was fixed and everything on the phone was running smoothly. Can’t thank her enough!
