First off, a massive shoutout to Kayleigh and April. I walked into the store today as a frustrated T-Mobile customer after weeks of back and forth just trying to get basic business Wi-Fi set up. Jordan and other Store reps were rude and simply refused to help !!! Ridiculous.
no idea how this place has such a high rating. expect to wait at least half an hour regardless of what you’re coming in for.
The guy helping me was complaining about being at work, was swearing and kept saying "I'm not making any money". He added lots of extra features I specifically said I didn't want to my plan (hotspot, care plan, etc) and then while I was with him I got an e-mails stating I was charged $2,003, when I asked him why this was and even showed him the e-mail, he stated to disregard it.
