I was trying to return a device and it was still within the 30 days. This employee opened up the calendar app and counted the number of days by hand, and told me I was past the 30 days. He didn't even check if my return was eligible in the system. He told me he couldn't help me with anything, nor did he even try. Very rude and dismissive. Honestly, the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. Walked in to upgrade my phone prompted to check in. I check in. I proceed to wait an hour while they let 3 customers in ahead of me just for them to finally bring me forward to be helped. 5 minutes into the conversation they say they cant help me because I'm not an admin on the account (I am and have confirmed multiple times that I am) They proceed to tell me there is nothing they can do and I was prompted to leave.
