It was great. Thank you for all of your help. It was just what my new phone needed.
This location has never once been helpful. I placed an express pickup order through the Verizon app for a phone that showed as in stock. I arrived at the store an hour before closing, and the store was completely empty, yet they told me they couldn’t give me the phone today. There was no explanation that made sense, and no urgency to assist. This defeats the entire point of “express pickup.” Extremely frustrating experience, especially when you’re trying to handle time-sensitive device issues.
