This location has never once been helpful. I placed an express pickup order through the Verizon app for a phone that showed as in stock. I arrived at the store an hour before closing, and the store was completely empty, yet they told me they couldn’t give me the phone today. There was no explanation that made sense, and no urgency to assist. This defeats the entire point of “express pickup.” Extremely frustrating experience, especially when you’re trying to handle time-sensitive device issues.
Bad customer service, we went to switch to Verizon, once we got our phones and we were switching over to the new galaxys, the first person to help just kinda gave up and walked off to help someone else, the second person to help us was just rude and seemed like he wanted nothing to do with helping my mom port over, seems like he wanted rush us and go home, be anywhere but work, the only nice and caring person was the manager
