They will say anything to make a sale. They lie a lot. This was not my first experience with them. Never again
Horrible store!! We have a business account here and I'm considering about switching. They're very unprofessional and don't seem like they want to be there.
I recently needed to change from being on a family plan to my own individual plan and the transfer customer care team were more than helpful to help me get my phone switched over without losing my number all within under 30 minutes. They made the process so simple and even offered me New promotions and discounts that I wasn’t aware of that lowered my bill by $40 a month. Definitely Verizon ‘s Customer Service earns that five stars.
This store is fraud. Id steer clear of this location. I just spoke with Verizon fraud department about this specific location and they have opened an investigation into the stores management and sale representatives for various complaints of fraud done on customers accounts. I have been dealing with my Issue since December, we are in February. I went from a consumer account to a business account paying $200 ish to my bill now being close to $900.
