Spent 4t minutes with assurionand got nowhere. Came into Verizon store and they had my phone working on less than 15 minutes
Noah really helped my mother in law out getting new phones after customer service didn’t process our order over the phone right! He was able to find us a plan that saved us MORE money than what the online representative had us at! Ask for Noah !
Went back to Verizon because I messed up my phone again and gus fixed it in my 30 seconds.
