Worst service ever! I have had phone for 2 years and nothing but problems. Miss tons of voicemail because they can never get it fixed. I just paid off my phone and now phone won't charge and goes out on me at 60% and then says 0%. It recharges very slowly and not fully. I was given an appointment to get it fixed at a store and when I looked it up, that store was permanently closed. Called them back and what a hassle, as always to get a person. I have elderly parents who stopped in to help restart an iPhone because I was out of town. When they had left, the sales associate had changed their entire plan without consent or signature. My mother calls overseas, and they did not even bother to add an overseas calling plan. On top of that, they had added hot spot to every phone line, icloud, and other additions. When AppleCare replaced my devices; they were unable to activate the SIM card because it’s a eSIM. They told me to call Verizon or take it to a store for activation if I had issues activating it via settings. My devices wouldn’t let me activate the eSIM myself so I brought it here to avoid waiting on hold forever. I was greeted by a very nice lady named Kassandra (sorry if I misspelled your name!) who happily helped me activate the devices. She was so quick and instantly knew how to fix my devices. I had an issue with 611 and Sam AbuKamleh and Christopher (Chris) handled my situation so well. Without them I do not know how I would have survived with my situation with Verizon 611. These employees are the best that Verizon has. Great personalities and they actually help you.
