Very deceitful sales rep !! Went to upgrade my wife’s phone and bought out her current device no problem With the current upgrade it included a new Apple Watch which we were told we had a separate buyout ( small amount) for wife’s current watch . So we made two separate transactions . We also have home internet with Verizon and were told our signal looked weak if we wanted a new box , all we had to do was plug up and return old box , cool no problem .
