My phone completely shut off and I had no choice but to get a new one. I walked in so stressed into the store but after being taken care of by Amador I left the store so relieved and at ease with solution provided by him. He managed to help me with a new phone and my bill and told me about additional discounts Verizon was offering me! I was very pleased on my visit today! The survey link I received on text didn't work but I wanted to ensure he was recognized for his great customer service!!
Was in and out of the store in 5 minutes to pick up my phone.
Friendly service
Don’t bother coming here if you need any help. They are only focused on sales. Once they get the sale they will stop helping you. If you come back another day with questions they will not help you. Go to any other Verizon store but this one.
I initially went to Verizon by the mall on Dunia and they did a great job. I had a few questions about my bill and decided to go to this location because it was on my way home from work and was told to return everything at the Dunia store and go to them. Complete liars, they only care about money and their commission.
