Very busy place and I was still waited on immediately. Service was excellent.
My family and I traded in our devices to get 3 new phones. The associate conveniently forgot to tell us we needed to upgrade our phone plans until after we cleared our old phones for the new phones + started the transfer. Oh! And they sneakily added a $10 per line ‘upgrade’ that we never authorized or agreed to. Treated us like morons and even insulted my mother. Don’t come here, they will trick, lie, and mislead you any way they can.
Not helpful at all.
Absolute rip off. Had to return my router and had to pay $300 to return it.
