I’ve been a Verizon customer for 15 years, but my experience with the manager Ryan was horrid. I came in for a simple SIM card swap, and it turned into a 45-minute ordeal of incompetence and unprofessionalism. First off, the attitude. He was dismissive, checked his phone multiple times while I was speaking, and acted like my business was an inconvenience. But the real kicker? The man smells like he just rolled out of a bong hit. Horrible customer service! The guy helping us talked over my mother and my girlfriend, completely ridiculous given this associates only job is to service the customer that walks through that door! I won't spend another dime there!

Worst experience ever from a Verizon store. Was consistently referred to a 1800 support line was spoken over and told my problem was out of there hands. Never will I come to this store again!
