I visited this location on October 5th, 2025, at 4:15 PM to reactivate mobile service on my legacy iPad Air 2. What followed was the single worst customer service experience I’ve had in over 30 years as a Verizon subscriber. Ramon is HIM, super helpful and saved me from getting scammed. Explained everything the right way and gave me all the info I needed. This verizon store is definitely the go to. Cases are still wildly expensive and the screen protectors are also expensive, but the experience was great would recommend you always come here. Mall is right next to it so you can find a case there as well. Great job Ramon. Give him a raise please

Walked in, wasn’t acknowledged by any of the 5 employees working. They’re with customers, no problem. Hang around for a few, take a seat and patiently wait. 10 minutes later another customer walks in, gets immediately greeted. Employee walks over and “gets him checked in.” I walk over, the employee looks at me and walks away. 5 minutes later an employee frees up and the guy that checked in the customer after me takes the free employee to the customer that had just walked in. Eric was great, we purchased 3 new phones, he was helpful and took the time to explain everything in detail. It did take time for the process and he did not make us feel rushed even though it was almost closing time. 18 years a Verizon customer and will continue to be as long as people like Eric are there to provide support.
