After my phone was updated in April my contacts got messed up. After doing long live chats with Verizon and Samsung and going to 3 Verizon stores and getting no help from anybody, I went to the store in Herald Square and got help from Alan (not sure how he spells it). In less than 2 minutes he figured out the problem! I am so grateful and appreciative for his help!!
They care about customers. Long story short, we encountered a Verizon internal activation issue when opening my new line; it was 6:55pm and they are supposed to close at 7pm. Jason ( the store manager), Paul (the representative), Sam (assistant) and Mo (security guard) all stayed with me until it was resolved and it was 7:30pm already. I appreciate their kindness, time and effort to have helped me in that situation, esp. in NYC. Thanks guys.
I came into the store pretty frustrated about some charges on my bill and expecting a hassle. The manager Kimberly turned it all around and she patiently explained everything, helped me save money, and even got me set up with a new line for less than I expected. Walked out completely satisfied... thanks, Kimberly!
The team at this location- especially Sam was so courteous and helpful. I knew I needed to upgrade my device but was pretty confused at all the options presented online- Sam took the time to explain it to me and even wrote down the differences (on pen and paper) to ensure I was making the right decision. I also observed other employees helping customers in a helpful and kind manner- excellent customer service!!
Kim is the best at Verizon @ 34 street herald sq her customer service skills is perfect and I left very happy with my new JBL headphones
