Misinformation. Made me switch from another carrier and when I confirmed later with Verizon customer care they are saying all the information shared at this store was false
OMG, I have to say that Kim at this location was the absolute best, if not the GOAT!!! She is definitely what customer service should be!!!! In short, my dad has dementia and lost his phone, can't remember things he needs to get a new one and to set up the new one, so on and so on. I'm telling everyone that Kim went way beyond and really out of her way to help my dad get his phone situation straightened out. Bridget and Toya were very helpful and made me feel better about switching to Verizon
After my phone was updated in April my contacts got messed up. After doing long live chats with Verizon and Samsung and going to 3 Verizon stores and getting no help from anybody, I went to the store in Herald Square and got help from Alan (not sure how he spells it). In less than 2 minutes he figured out the problem! I am so grateful and appreciative for his help!!
They care about customers. Long story short, we encountered a Verizon internal activation issue when opening my new line; it was 6:55pm and they are supposed to close at 7pm. Jason ( the store manager), Paul (the representative), Sam (assistant) and Mo (security guard) all stayed with me until it was resolved and it was 7:30pm already. I appreciate their kindness, time and effort to have helped me in that situation, esp. in NYC. Thanks guys.
