Sam is an excellent customer service person in your Herald Square Verizon location. He is very knowledgeable about the Verizon process and clearly understands how the Verizon system functions. He is very patient with older clients (as I have observed while waiting my turn), speaks respectfully and explains the "fix" with confidence and clarity. I was impressed with the variety of products.
Bridgette, the store manager, is great. She is pleasant, professional and very courteous. It was a pleasure dealing with her. I had a problem that her staff member couldn't or wouldn't handle and she stepped in and solved the problem. She is an asset to Verizon
My mom and I went in shortly after 6 pm (they close at 7) so that she could upgrade her phone. We noticed it was busy at the moment so we had to wait a while, which made me anxious because the store would close soon. However, once it was our turn, Ian came to assist us. He was very helpful and kind, took the time to go over the new plan and provided us with with everything we needed. Misinformation. Do not consult Jose Mora. I wanted to port my number from another carrier into my friends family plan. I was made to create an account and then transfer it to my friends account in 7 days. They misguided me saying this process is easier than porting directly to my friends account. When I tried this after 7 days it said my new account is locked for 30 days. Basically they made me pay 75 USD for one month instead of 25-30 USD if I had directly switched to my friends account.
