Although I didn’t have to wait long to be helped, the girl who helped me had a bit of a bad attitude. Maybe it just wasn’t her day. But she came off a bit harsh and unfriendly.

This individual in the Verizon store was the knowledgeable , Joseph was so knowledgeable and I was so happy I got everything done his knowledgeable and he's pleasant and he's a very beautiful person to help customers,
I experienced a very annoying, potentially catastrophic issue with my iPhone on a Friday evening and Brian could not have been more patient or helpful. I was able to leave with the issue fully resolved. Please give Brian (who usu works in the SoHo store) a huge raise.
