It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Derrek and Mr. Fernando at this Verizon store. The two of them are exceptionally knowledgeable and talented. There was no wait time. Their professional, courteous, and friendly approach to all my concerns is greatly appreciated. . It only took them 15 minutes to complete the whole process. I highly recommend this store. My experience at the Verizon store in West Valley was the best I have ever had. Thank you so much.
