I stopped by this Verizon location today because I got an updated phone mailed to me and I needed to turn in the old one. I was very scared because I needed to transfer my data over to my new phone and I didn’t want to erase anything- namely photos of family that have passed away. UPDATE as of Feb. 2025: Even though they told us to fill out their resolution form, and we did, our below issue is STILL unresolved. - - - If you’re thinking about switching to Verizon, READ THIS FIRST.
