My experience with Verizon was horrible..
As a Verizon Customer for over 25 years, I experienced the worst customer service ever. I was instructed to go to this corporate store via Verizon Customer Service to return a phone. I walked in, not a customer in there employees sitting around, one on the phone. No one stood up to greet me, Zack, looked up from his phone/computer and just looked at me.
