Friendly service. Went in to trade in my phones and was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
Horrible service! These guys are all about sales no service. What would I need 10 extra lines for? Big Will trying to sale sale sale and then gets upset and gets rude because of no sale of 10 extra lines🤣. Soon as my contract is up I’m outta here.

I stopped by this Verizon location today because I got an updated phone mailed to me and I needed to turn in the old one. I was very scared because I needed to transfer my data over to my new phone and I didn’t want to erase anything- namely photos of family that have passed away. I’m not sure of his name but there was a male there, looked to be late 20’s early 30’s, light brown hair, Caucasian, who wrote this down for me because I was scared to do the transfer.
