The store was not busy upon our arrival.6/11/26 at 1pm. Salesman #1 sold us a Kyocera DuraXV Extreme flip phone for $250.00. We explicitly stated we wanted to keep our current 27-year-old service plan. During the paperwork process, Salesman #1 was highly distracted, actively watching a soccer game on a computer screen across from us. This store is horrible for service from staff.They don’t know what there doing voicemail is destroyed you can’t set it up.When you go to the store they hide in the back like scared children when they see you for information.Everyone needs to be fired there because they suck big time.They have a security guard and know I understand.I got service April 29 of 2026 and it has been hell trying to get service please stay away from this store on bellflower south of spring street.Save you a headache.
I went in today to upgrade a device. I was greeted, then left waiting before being told someone would assist me “shortly.” After about 10 minutes, I asked for an update and was met with a noticeably passive-aggressive attitude from the representative with the eyebrows. He responded that it would be another 20–30 minutes, with unnecessary sass. At that point, I chose to leave. Friendly staff fast service. Only thing is if you live on the west side of Long Beach , there are no locations near so we have to drive all the way to Lakewood.
They lost it. This place was so helpful for years. Same for: also calling in that moment to Verizon 611. They all missed the mark on all levels. The phone rep will tell you what the other rep did wrong and the rep in person has been limited with what they can do. .we booked an appt. With Verizon phone rep to come to this place.
