The customer service at the store is bad and the customer service on the phone service is almost just as bad. They like sell not help.
The VERIZON REP, HENRY, WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND CHANDLER, THE STORE MANAGER, WAS DEFINITELY CUSTOMER DRIVEN! THEY SAVED ME FROM SWITCHING FROM VERIZON TO ANOTHER CARRIER!!! THANK YOU
