Verizon is a joke. We went to return a phone into this store and we were very clear with them that we had already moved the phone number off the returned phone to a different phone. The gal went into the back and came out with the return paperwork. They disconnected my wife's phone number off her working phone and we have been working to try and get it back for 5 hours. We saw Allie the short hair lady. She was so shady and our gut feeling was right. on top of the new iPhones we were there for, she said we can get an iPad for free with a purchase of 10$ a month plan. But she didn’t mention the astronomical upfront charges that showed in the next bill, and the monthly plan turned out to be $25 a month not $10 as she mentioned. I definitely wouldn’t get the iPad had I known all this, typical bait and switch m.
