I’ve been a Verizon customer for 9 years and my account has multiple devices and lines on it. I will be switching to another provider on my next day off. I purchased a new tablet last night, and arraigned for in store pick up. I took my lunch break today to pick up said tablet. I spent an hour in the Oak Park store and was never even acknowledged by an employee. The electronic check in at the front of the store is worthless. Last week I stopped in to replace my phone and Laran was fantastic! He was so patient with me the entire time. I even called back later and he answered a question about my new phone I just purchased. I would definitely come back to this location to work with him again!
