I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon thinking this was a good idea, oh how wrong was I! First they messed up the address an sent my new phone to Florida and could not figure out how to cancel the order and do it again. That alone took weeks to figure it out. I have had prior bad experience with Verizon's customer service, which I explained to Bailey. She promised that she would answer any questions present/ future and to call her anytime, as she hands me her biz card. Bailey helped me navigate fixing my old phone verses upgrading to a new one. I decided to upgrade. A few days later, I did have questions and called the number on the biz card. Her voicemail had no been set up...I tried a few days later same outcome. How does a person at a phone store not set up their voicemail? I ... read more
