My goodness, horrible experience at this location. They seem to have ZERO interest in helping. We were sent to this “Corporate Store” because they could complete a transaction… the dude at this location was snotty and told us to call the 888 number instead of dealing with them. Uh…….
This used to be my go-to store, but now these people seem miserable and they act like they have no idea what’s going on. Customer service at this location used to be the best in the city, what happened?

The customer service at the store is bad and the customer service on the phone service is almost just as bad. They like sell not help.
