Received the most lovely service from Jay at this store! He was incredibly polite, good natured, and overall pleasant to speak to. Not only was he straight to the point, he answered all of my questions exactly with no hesitation! He was definitely the type of employee I prefer to work with, as he took my business seriously and did not push products I wasn't interested in. Instead of wasting my time to get more money out of me, he solidified my decision in wanting to continue business here.

The manager here is easily one of the best I've ever met. His name is Mohal, and his professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stand out. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great experience. Outstanding service!

Started out pretty good until I turned down all ‘extras’ the new employee wanted me to purchase. I just needed a new phone. The employee went from being helpful to being annoyed. His manager jumped in at one point to explain I would be paying for the ‘free’ phone for 36 months however at the end of the 36 months my monthly bill would remain the same. (How does that make sense?) Basically the employed says this was to encourage customers to come back in & purchase another phone in 36 months. I use my phones until they no long... read more

William Reardon was outstanding throughout the entire process. His professionalism, persistence, and commitment to finding the right solution made all the difference. He went above and beyond to ensure our line was set up successfully, never giving up when challenges arose. William demonstrates exceptional leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
