Overall everything was flowing until the rep got confused about my having a question...then she just hung up..
I came into the store 15 minutes before 8pm. Chris (customer service agent) was very unpleasant. There were multiple agents in the back. Only 1 customer in store. He said there is no way he can answer any questions at this point and told me to go to the Ellicott City store.
Only wanted a charger. Waited 20 minutes and no one helped me. Two people helping two customers. Now I Know why people say go to pikesville!!
