I opened a new line for my business and was told there was a free phone offer included. I recently switched from ATT to Verizon. The staff at Verizon were helpful and patient. The managers, Ray and Jonathan,,were helpful and knowledgeable. Adam was rhe representative who started my transfer. He gave me us the best price and worked with ATT to port our numbers. Although Adam, Ray, Jonathan and Peyton were knowledgeable, It took 6 or seven attempts (visits) to successfully port the numbers because of ATT delay. The town center store is a corporate store. Important!
