⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cody and Mitch were amazing! They made the whole process of upgrading mine and my moms phones super easy and stress-free. They were patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed. Great customer service, clear communication, and genuinely friendly attitudes. We left not only with new phones but also with a great experience. Highly recommend working with Cody and Mitch if you’re heading to Verizon!

I’m still dealing with an unresolved issue regarding my trade-in. It was supposed to be a full-value trade with the promo they had going. At the time, I was told there was a system error and that it would be corrected. But now, months later, I’m being asked to pay off the device despite the fact that the trade-in should have covered it entirely. Poor customer service and lack of knowledge. Staff had no clear understanding of the plans, and no explanation as to why I’m paying for the plan double compared to promotions for new clients. And I'm their client for over a decade. It feels as if they are completely untrained — as if anyone off the street could be working there. Their pricing is completely unclear and seems to be different for different people, with no consistency or fairness.
