This store is a scam. They added lines to my account without my knowledge. I opened 2 lines to my account with Owen and he added another line without my permission. I look at my bill and I am getting charged for a third one. I come back to the store they say to wait for him because he is off. Don't come here. Go to Citrus Heights store.
I read reviews before coming and was hesitant. The manager Doug greeted me right away and had an associate Cody help me. Cody literally spent hours helping me in an extremely difficult situation, I thought I didn't have my license- was flagged for fraud- when I had it the whole time. Cody spent 3 hours with me to help me to transfer service to Verizon because I had no working phone, making zero commission from a sale and without a break. I’ve been with Verizon for a long time and always came to this store because the people here used to be great. Michael and Stephanie always helped us out and were super nice, but it looks like there’s all new staff now and honestly, it’s not the same anymore.
