If I could give no stars I would. I first called to check availability of devices and spoke with Cisko. He informed me they didn't have what I was looking for and gave me his number to follow up. He offered to order it for me and have is shipped to my home and I declined as deliveries rarely get to my house successfully and asked if I could do an order online pick up in store situation and was told NO Fast Forward about 30 mins I made a PHONE order to pickup in store (same day). Been a Verizon business customer for 20 years. I have 4 phones recently upgraded all 4. One was stolen off of the FedEx truck during delivery. I have been going to this store for years as they were usually the best. No one would help me track the phone that was lost. They referred me to a phone number which didn’t even get me to the business department.
