Took in an iPhone to have it looked at, the day after picking it up at Verizon. The employee took the phone and quickly went through our Google accounts without asking and deleted an account, again without asking in his attempt to fix the issue. Would not listen to us telling him what the issue was and took action without our permission, assuming he knew what he was doing. Now, the iPhone will not recognize the Google account.... Poor customer service. Don't go unless you want your phone messed with and made worse.
Phone not working and was told at first it was fixed, it wasn’t. Went back and eas told phone too old. A lie.
