I want to shout out Mario from the business department !! Not only was he was professional, courteous ... he was mindful of my time. I switched over from att and I'm so happy !! I went there to do some changes on phones lines,and I was told they were not able to help me,that I have to call or do it over the app,they were over 5 guys just sitting around doing nothing w no costumers,I guess they only way for them to help you if you go there to spend more money by adding more lines and buying new phones..service sucks there..
These workers don’t know what they’re doing !! Don’t come here worst Verizon branch ever.
