What a bait and switch!!!! I was told I wouldn't need to pay out of pocket for my new phone after I paid off my old device. Once the payment, all the money I had, to pay off the old phone was ran I was then told I had to pay an extra $115 to get the new phone today. Which I could not do now leaving me without a phone!!!!!!! Verizon is fees on top of fees on top of fees and the staff is EXTREMELY uneducated and the customer service is terrible.
My phone is definitely just a shade nicer than yours...
