I was wandering why people would just walk out of this store. I can’t believe I signed in and no one spoke to me or asked me any questions after an hour of waiting. After they skipped me a second time I left.

I am a very unsatisfied Verizon customer hardly even become one because I HAVENT GOT MY PHONE. I ordered a phone for delivery and planned my schedule around the expected arrival date. Verizon canceled the delivery and changed it to a later date without my consent, which was extremely inconvenient. If I had known this would happen, I would have simply gone to the store and purchased the phone in person.
