Excellent service! Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Please ask for Gabriel, he provided truly outstanding customer service and went above and beyond. The managers were amazing, very professional and attentive. I would give more stars if I could. Highly recommend this store!

Really depends on which worker helps you out. Had a great experience upgrading a phone without any issues previously. But then had a rude experience later when inquiring information regarding SIM cards and was looked at as if I was stupid and spoken to condescendingly. They then just snapped the SIM card from my old trade in phone without even confirming if I wanted to hold onto it for future use when traveling abroad

Excellent store. Met with Gabriel. Super excellent professional with excellent desire to guide customers like me and my spouse. We spent more than 40 minutes with him. He provided several options and we chose one. We leave the store with 100% satisfaction.

IF YOU ARE NOT BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE YOU WILL GET NO HELP DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOUR SPENDING $$$ THEY WILL STARE AT YOU LIKE SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH YOU.

I gotta give kudos to Gio. The manager at the store he is a good guy. He stands by his word. He helped me get a new phone and helped eliminate extra money i was wasting somewhere else and saving money by switching carriers. Thank you Gio you're a good guy!
