I had visited a previous Verizon store to fix a problem with one of my phone contacts who was trying to call and text but would not recieve call or text. That first Vzn store was not willing to help. I drove to the Verizon store at Pacific Commons Fremont and one of the store techs named Chance identified the problem (I had accidentally blocked caller) and he clicked on a few selections in settings and unblocked within about 45 seconds. I had an amazing experience at Verizon, all thanks to Andres! As soon as I walked into the store, he approached me and asked if I needed help. His professionalism and friendly attitude made me feel welcome right away. Andres was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease, helping me find the perfect solution for my needs. They made is SO easy to switch a line, internet and security for the business , got the equipment fast and made the whole change from that other company so smooth. Friendly, fast and responsive team Update ..... even though they made it easy and said just set up what comes in, which I did....I ended up with a 3k+ first month bill. I reached out locally and "all would be fixed".......over 3 months later nothing has been fixed or even responding anymore. Was "passed " along to manager after manager to still nothing.
