This place is amazing the people are amazing and friendly
They took out auto pay funds on November 18th. We switched our cell phone service on the 19th, which they acknowledged but refused to refund anything for the month they took. Can’t speak to a person once your phone number is no longer connected. We spent over an hour in person at s corporate owned Verizon store to no avail. Can’t recommend this company to anyone.
Traveling from out of town and hubby had a phone issue. Stopped by about 20 minutes before the store closed and Dylan was extremely helpful, including staying after closing about 15 minutes to assist. Great customer service
