I went to franchise Verizon store... sat for 2 hours and was told that they could not help me, i then came to this location for I was instructed it had to be this location that helped me. I have not been sitting in this store for ~6 hours and they have given up trying to help and slowly just started helping other customers because they couldnt solve my issue. I see complaints about Lori. I couldnt agree more.. she is bad for this company

Claude was amazing! He was patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. My mom and I came in not knowing what to expect but he provided awesome service and helped us out a lot.

Did not have a good experience at this store... Came in to pick up phone in a prepaid locker and salesman proceeded to talk me into cancelling my order... CAUSE HE COULD HE ME A BETTER DEAL.... He proceeded to talk me into an extra line and not turning my trade in and I found out 2 days later that my DISCOUNTED RATE was $40 more than my bill would have been with my original order. Called customer service and the WONDERFUL lady on the phone fixed everything, gave me my original deal back and set up for me to turn in my old ph... read more

I was in a few days ago to get a new phone and internet for a vacation home and I was dreading going in because I felt like it would be such a production. It usually is always a hassle to get a new phone since I’m on a business account. Joseph Johnson helped me and he was so awesome! Everything went smoothly. And he was extremely patient and thorough.
