I’ve been waiting an hour at Verizon just to drop off an item and receive a receipt. The store is so crowded that I’ve had to sit on the floor. Customers should expect to wait a long time to get anything done here because the customer service is horrible. This is an unacceptable wait for such a simple transaction, and there appears to be no sense of urgency or consideration for customers’ time.
I would like to praise the service I was given by Tazi in the Seaboard Office. She spent 30 minutes deleting all of the junk my 82 year old husband had on his phone. She never lost her patients and explained things I should watch for in the future. Thanks again to Tazi
The manager, Landon, was very professional, kind, and helpful. He made sure I felt welcomed and took the time to answer my questions. I really appreciated his patience and excellent customer service.
Drove out to Conway store to take care of some business, only to find out that the Verizon people on the phone neglected to tell me that the only store that could help is in Myrtle Beach ( 47 minutes away ). The associate at the Conway location was helpful and sorry that I was misinformed and had to drive another hour to get help.
