I changed carriers to Verizon and I received great service and help.
I've came here on 3 separate occasions with similar but not the same issues. Usually dealing with these locations, and the people inside them, are an absolute pain. However, the associate, Jennifer, was the absolute best every time I went. Not was she clear with explanations she's very customer oriented. I had a problem with the insurance company who had to replace my phone and she stepped in and dealt with them on my behalf. She is very professional and nice, will be requesting her anytime income to this location.
My phone lost cell service in the evening. I was at this Verizon store at 9 am the next morning. Ron checked me in immediately. He was very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. Had me hooked up with a new eSIM card in no time. Also took time to answer questions and was not pushy about buying new products. Thank you!
I’ve been here for more than an hour and staff were walking around chilling I believe there is no manager or supervisor whatsoever. Honestly very bad customer service
