Excellent. The only issue was finding the entrance to the parking lot.
They checked me in, I gave my name and they said well be right with you. Proceeded to wait 45 min with no help just for a couple that walked in after me get helped before me because they “made an appt” online. Skip this Verizon at all cost
Horrible access to facility
Huge shoutout to Jamal aka Tuck at Verizon! He was so helpful, cool, and just an all-around great guy. He made switching carriers and getting a new phone unbelievably easy we were literally in and out in about 20 minutes. Best, smoothest phone experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend asking for Tuck!
