The first time I came here the customer service was ehh. The workers didn’t seem too friendly but I gave it another shot and came back, Crystal walked right up to me and greeted me and was very kind and helpful also quick to help me get my new phone. I haven’t had any issues with the company since using them starting back in 2023.

Misleading and Unprofessional Service Tried adding a second number to my existing device, but Verizon created a whole new line with a new device instead. They told me activation would take 24 hours due to a “national outage,” but it never worked. Had to make a second trip to the store, only to be told I needed yet another new device. When I asked to cancel the unnecessary line, they said they couldn’t do it. Verizon can create problems in-store but won’t fix them—just send you to deal with outsourced customer service.
