Verizon sucks Cancelled acct over 30 days ago paid in full and today i get a 281$ bill
The attention is really bad the workers seem to never want to attend to people the customer service is horrendous apparently they never have phones in the inventory they simply say order it online! If I wanted to order something online then why do I go to a store? Or what is the job of these people really? I have 7 years with Verizon paying a very high bill above $500 every month because I have several mobile equipment the least I expect is that they are kind
Ron was the best phone service worker I have ever encountered he was so helpful. He explained everything perfectly we were in and out as fast as possible. We will return here for any future service. Thanks so much !
I would give them 0 stars if I could. I've been with them for over 12 years. I have 3 lines with them and my phones are paid off. My bill went down for 3 months and now it went up 27.00. When I asked why they said they took away my discounts. I will be taking my business to somewhere else!!!!!
