I came in this store today because when I bought a phone I bought a liquid screen protector and I was just wanting the name of the manufacturer because the insurance I pay for would not repair cracked screen on the newest pixel phone. Mr. Womack was a smart aleck tried to demean me and said that I didn't understand insurance and that's just how insurance works. I had problems online with customer service, I had transferred 3 lines over and I ordered 3 phones and fedex couldn’t find my address. So I waited 3 wks for my phones . They gave me a refund and then waited another week . I had to go into the store to purchase my phones . The young lady was so confused, so I didn’t get my phone activated. We drove an a hour to Midwest City simply to turn our phones in, after purchasing two new phones last week. The associate was no help at all, so we’re leaving. Wasted trip. And, we will have to make a return trip to turn in the phones at a later date. The associate seemed very disinterested and distracted rather than wanting to help.
