night manager is lazy and should never be in a position of power. came in to get a new phone and set there for 20 min. manager told me he did not help with that kind of thing . he was the boss and did not get paid for that. not a sole talked to us. so got up and left. i hope they make money on things like this i will never buy anything there. i have been with verizon for 15 years and was going to add a back up for our internet but nope not now. that night manager should never have a job past today. lazy and will not help he ... read more
