Cannot say enough good things about Andrew & Tyler at the Twin Falls, Idaho Verizon store on Poleline Road. From troubleshooting my old phone to setting me up with a new phone, internet, and activation. They patiently answered all my tech and billing questions, and I had plenty. Went away completely satisfied!!!
