Verizon is making their old plans terrible. I have had multiple drops since getting a new phone and staying on the same plan. This reminds me of when AT&T started having terrible service in the Magic Valley. AT&T became obsolete here. This is going to happen to Verizon, definitely switching after plan is over.
Had a really good experience. Shoutout to the associate that helped me and Tiara the manager. Excellent customer service and they got me back out the store in no time. Much appreciated

Takes to long to see a customer service person.
Worst customer service a company could have. The manager was dismissive and didn’t even listen to the complaint. I will never use this store in the future.
