People are awesome here. I just think Verizon in general nickle and dime people
I had the best Verizon experience of my life!!! Compared to a few months ago when I bought my last phone. I dont know if Verizon has stepped up its game or what. It had got to the point I hated going in to Verizon.The only reason I had not switched was because I have an old plan that is excellent. But even with that I was ready to go somewhere else. The staff were in the past at the best not friendly but usually condescending and rude. Yesterday I walked in and was helped immediately not waiting literally for an hour or two.... read more
Service is just horrible , and I don’t dole that out lightly. Completely dismissive and not willing to do the extra step to help a long time client out. And a commercial client at that.
