With as many people working in the store it seems strange that it takes SO LONG to be helped. The people in the store are in no hurry. And be prepared Verizon is easily the most expensive service option.

Have spent 4 1/2 hours here on the phone and in person. Representatives kept saying their ipads were freezing or glitching and have to start over completely. Payments wouldn’t be accepted after trying 3 different cards and calling banks they finally said it was on their end. Only getting 2 stars cause I really needed a new phone and finally got it.
