We came in looking to switch carriers and was helped by Natalie. She was awesome! Answered all of our questions, was very upfront and transparent about everything which is what we were lacking at our previous cell phone carrier. We left with brand new phones and a new plan that was cheaper than our previous one.
Terrible people here just trying to money grab and take advantage of people. They tried to charge my parents for transferring there data and apps from their old iPhone's to their new iPhone's, my parents are older and just needed some help but anyone who has an iPhone and has transferred data and apps knows it’s done through the cloud and it makes zero sense to charge someone to do that when the person with the phone is just guided by the apple program.
