Terrible people here just trying to money grab and take advantage of people. They tried to charge my parents for transferring there data and apps from their old iPhone's to their new iPhone's, my parents are older and just needed some help but anyone who has an iPhone and has transferred data and apps knows it’s done through the cloud and it makes zero sense to charge someone to do that when the person with the phone is just guided by the apple program. I went in because I had ended up with a virus on my phone. I had opened and downloaded a file I was expecting from my school district. They charged me $30. It "looked" like it was fixed. I said thank you and still couldn't connect to my Bluetooth in my car, my messages weren't sending and I'm still getting popups. This is the 3rd time I've had to get on before I finished my message having to get out of popups. They also deleted all of the progress on the one app I told them I used.
