Was in town visiting family when my wife's phone died. No wait when we went in and staff was very helpful with handling a warranty replacement. We ended up upgrading and saving money surprisingly. Would recommend this location.
I have dealt with this same old situation a thousand times in coming here. It has never changed. Sell first, help your customers second. There is a slew of customers needing help, wanting to buy phones, make changes to business accounts, add new lines, or need general 5 minute help and employees are inadequately trained. The level of manager required help is overwhelmingly sad. Slow. Slow. Slow. What a waste of time. Stood there for over an hour waiting for an associate to help us, ended up leaving without being helped. When we arrived 8 people were in front of us, when we left 7 people were in front of us and one had walked out because he wasn’t helped either. Our truck broke down in front of their store. As we were pushing it to a safer spot, a very kind gentleman ran out and helped us push it to a parking spot. That was a very kind gesture that we will never forget!!
