Jaycie was patient with my elderly family member taking the time to explain the new process, billing, and incentives offered through Verizon. She was able to put them at ease in addition to ensuring she could access each.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Richard absolutely deserves one. I walked in expecting the usual phone store experience...a little confusing, a little rushed but instead got one of the easiest, smoothest visits I’ve had in a long time.
