I left Verizon a while ago and it was a big mistake for me. I decided to go back to Verizon today. I got greeted by Chris at the door and it was a marvelous experience from beginning to end. He wasted no time getting my account number and transfer pin from Xfinity, he helped get my new phone paid off and un-locked so I can keep using it here. All I needed was a charging cable. Bre took a look at my account while she was ringing me up, found an upgrade I was eligible for, and I ended up leaving with a free phone I had no idea was available to me. She explained exactly what it meant for my bill and got everything transferred so I didn't have to sort it out at home. Best trip to a phone store I've had. Ask for Bre.
