I had a very positive experience at this Verizon store. I needed to help my mom upgrade her iPhone. Annabelle Gregory was SUPER helpful with navigating what was needed while also identifying potential savings along the way. She answered all of our questions and she even helped clean out my iPhone's charging connection that had dust in it. Now I can charge my iPhone without having to use the wireless charger! Went to this store to replace a damaged phone. Researched on line but no deal like that was available in store. VERY Frustrating to be sure. Anthony was an unimpressive, slick, fast talking seller and though we did upgrade and purchase a phone we felt roughed over! He actually said he “LOVES it” when people get upset! HE IS THE MANAGER! Next, I paid $30 to have my phone transferred and Bea told us to take 1 to 1 1/2 hour for the transfer to complete. We went in twice for help with transferring our numbers to our new phones. The first time Tony, the manager, wasn't helpful at all. I believe it was because we didn't purchase the phones from them. He was trying to change the IMEI number on our account. He finally said we have to call customer service at home. We went back the following night and Frank was great! I walked in Tuesday to trade in my phone. I ordered a new phone online, and it said I could trade in the old phone at the store. I thought it would be more convenient and efficient to do so. However, it turned out to be more complicated. Maybe the other store didn't process my order right? Maybe I wasn't suppose to trade it into the store?
