John the manager at the Verizon store at 611 Amherst rout 1 was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me to activate my new phone after 4 tech calls with the first one making it so I could not use either of my phones . The other three no help last sent me to Verizon store . John was able to work out the issue and activate my phone with no problem. Thses tech coach Verizon has thru assure need to lean there job of what they can and cannot do .

Anthony and BEe Went over and above with This old lady. They were patient and expert, answered all my questions and even got 7500 pictures back that have been lost for two years. I cannot say enough about them. They are terrific and I would recommend anyone to come to this site and see them. I am so lucky they were here.
I had a very positive experience at this Verizon store. I needed to help my mom upgrade her iPhone. Annabelle Gregory was SUPER helpful with navigating what was needed while also identifying potential savings along the way. She answered all of our questions and she even helped clean out my iPhone's charging connection that had dust in it. Now I can charge my iPhone without having to use the wireless charger! Went to this store to replace a damaged phone. Researched on line but no deal like that was available in store. VERY Frustrating to be sure. Anthony was an unimpressive, slick, fast talking seller and though we did upgrade and purchase a phone we felt roughed over! He actually said he “LOVES it” when people get upset! HE IS THE MANAGER! Next, I paid $30 to have my phone transferred and Bea told us to take 1 to 1 1/2 hour for the transfer to complete.
