So bad
I went online to schedule an appointment at the 611 Amherst St. (Nashua, NH) location. I was asked for the purpose of my appointment for which I selected “Deactivate” from the drop down choices. We arrived a bit early for the appointment and witnessed some black-haired, baby-faced child wielding his giant mobile device “fanny pack” telling some poor woman that he could not activate her phone - in a condescending, bigger than God tone. So thirsty for the upsell that customer service goes out the window. You’re not going to get what you want here unless it’s what the service reps want.
I had purchased a new phone a while back and not all transferred over….including my mail. The “customer Service Representative” said there would be a $30 charge to transfer. I explained that the transfer of all data didn’t totally happen when purchased and why would I get charged? response…..”because that’s what we charge” with a total attitude. I stopped into the store as I felt it was easier to receive help in person rather than on the phone. The other employees were very kind, but Johnathan was extremely rude and dismissive. I would recommend calling customer service instead of going to the store next time as customer service resolved my issue almost immediately afterwards.
