My mom and I came into this Verizon location last week to get my phone upgraded after it broke and the employee we worked with was amazing! It was the best experience at Verizon that we’ve had, although I was unable to catch his name, the employee was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable with what would be the best course of action for my mom and I. This store is a DEAD ZONE for 4g&5g connected devices!
Spoke to an agent. He was curt, unhelpful and uninterested in selling me things… imagine that!
I was in need of a new phone and Taz helped me make the best decision for my needs. She was patient, kind, and tailored her communication to the customer. She was honest and didn’t rush through the sales process which was appreciated!
Was told it was because the volume was turned down. Crazy it's still not getting calls
