The worst place to get any kind of solution. Nobody helps you. They just waste your time.
We literally walked in to purchase a phone for my son. There were 4 employees standing around and not one person said “hi.” No one acknowledge us at all but once anther couple walked in they were greeted by a bald woman. A bunch of Ignorant people
I have been going to Verizon for help with my phones for years. And everyone there has always been kind and very helpful. But you have a new employee named Marcos who Just took the customer service to a whole new level. Even things I’ve asked other employees about that weren’t resolved, he was able to resolve very quickly very efficiently, and with the utmost kindness and respect. I admit, I was a little surprised when he said he was a new employee. His knowledge of technical issues is amazing. Good job, Marcos!
