I usually do not go into the stores but I went in with my husband and Tomas didn't really care about much of anything except selling a phone, which is one reason why I do not like these stores. I consider myself a technical person and can usually figure out phone issues on my own. On this particular day, I went into the Verizon store and was greeted by Tomas. My iPhone had so icon and he said it was a sim issue. As we continued first with the troubleshooting, he became rude and dismissive because I did not want to upgrade. News flash!
