It tends to feel like you're working a part time job when visiting a VZ store but this was the first time going to the store and wasn't there for 4 hours . Savannah was very helpful with upgrading to a new device. Savannah was very efficient ,cheerful, and polite. I was left very satisfied in under 1 hour.
