The Oakdale store goes above and beyond to help you as much as they can
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I came in with a simple issue and left more frustrated than when I arrived. The employee who “helped” me clearly didn’t want to be there—rude, dismissive, and acted like I was wasting his time. If you hate your job that much, maybe find another one instead of taking it out on paying customers. I expect more from a company like Verizon. Do better.
