Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Ryn from Verizon was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was overcharged for more than a year for Hulu and Disney+ which I never asked for, and instead of helping me, he started yelling at me. He kept saying “there’s nothing I can do” and showed zero willingness to actually solve the problem. When I told him he was yelling, he denied it and said his voice is just loud. That’s not good service Verizon business is not good I leave the Verizon after that Verizon has charged me $43 for the business account. Please do not choose the Verizon business.
After more 13 hours on the phone and a visit to the Corte Madera Verizon store, I came back to Pleasant Hill as a last ditch effort to have a mess that Verizon phone sales and Level II support made cleaned up. Julie (store manager) took all the time that was needed to cleanup the mess and make everything right. Overall, customer service at Verizon has gone south quickly in the last year, but Julie may have been able to retain my 15 year loyalty to Verizon.
