Horrible customer service. Finally moved to another carrier after years of frustration
So Mason helped us out with a warranty on the business dragon hub we’ve been so pleased with it, but we had problems and instead of waiting for the #Warranty to come in the mail in a couple of days he was able to find a way to help us get one now so we would restore phone business to keep our business going. These guys are top-notch over here and they know all angles to help you out if you are a business I really recommend using their Internet service. Hurrah.!
Oh my goodness. Apparently my phone decided to catch a virus and I wasn't aware until the end of the day. I rushed over to Verizon and Daniel was able to help me figure out the problem (the virus) and I needed a new phone. He was so kind and patient and could tell I was upset and a little worried that my contacts, photos and everything else wouldn't transfer. He stuck with me every step of the way and I'm leaving here with a new phone and as a very happy customer. I can't thank him enough for his help!!!
