Horrible horrible service a so called “manager “ said I had to call customer service which I have done twice she said talk to the business manager which after several physical and phone attempts haven’t been able to locate and bottom line they get you to sign up with the story that is a “free” phone and they hit you with. A $170-$190 bill in the following billing cycle . That lady has no business being a manager at all . And why would this be a Verizon business store if there is not a business manager that can attend to you ... read more
