Horrible horrible service a so called “manager “ said I had to call customer service which I have done twice she said talk to the business manager which after several physical and phone attempts haven’t been able to locate and bottom line they get you to sign up with the story that is a “free” phone and they hit you with. A $170-$190 bill in the following billing cycle . That lady has no business being a manager at all . I bought a new phone and Nick couldn't of been more helpful in getting it up and running. Thank you. I am deaf and he couldn't of been nicer. My hearing aid app had to be reset at the audiologist and he was so understanding and got everything functioning. Thanks so much!!!!!
