Was just in there today. Felt disrespected and talked down to. Did not bother to help me. Worst customer service experience I've had in a while.
The worse customer service, Juan Carrasco is the worse person for customer service, we bought 5 phones with Verizon and after 3 days we do not have service, nobody have a solution for us, we called to Verizon and we do not have an answer and the guy on the phone heard all the conversation with Juan Carrasco and told me that Juan is not doing a good job and he told me that I can request a complaint from and both guys in the store said that they do not use that paper. The worst service I have ever received has been at this store. The service was moved to Verizon for 5 lines and when they activate one they deactivate the other. We called and they told us to go to the store. However, the two guys, Juan Carrascos and the other who didn't show his ID, were rude and threw us out of the store without resolving anything and threatening to call the police without resolving anything.
