Management seriously needs to investigate what is going on at this location. I will never give Verizon another dollar after the way I was treated here on 08/24/25. I came in for something simple—disconnecting my son’s Gizmo watch—and was treated with complete disrespect from the staff. There were four employees in the store. One was busy with a customer, but the other three acted as if I was nothing but an inconvenience. Jomer was very professional and helpful he went above and beyond to fix the problem I had with my phone !!!!
Signed up for 5 lines got 5 free phones A month later we started getting billed for the 2 of phones that we were supposed to get for free, came in to the store spoke to same sales person, he told us there nothing he can do, and there was no one to talk to, they promise the world to make the sale, and don’t know your name afterwards.
disgusting! I do not recommend dealing with these people, I spent a lot of time and nerves after I went here. The employees deceived me! Do not trust them, they are stupid, I can not understand where they even found such managers. They promised and assured me that there would be no problems and I would get everything they promised me.
