I went inside this store and upon walking in immediately I was greeted by ms Miya she greeted me with such a warming smile and made me feel welcome. Marcus who assisted me with purchasing new service was amazing from beginning to end. He was kind, genuine and very knowledgeable about all Devices and plans. He was fast and efficient and helped me with getting my new iPhone! This guy needs a raise! I would highly recommend this store for service their customer service is out of this world!! Great job guys!!

The people running this place are far from professional. I can't believe that I wasted my time going over there twice. They will treat you great when purchasing something, but the minute you return with a problem, they have no interest in solving your problem. The owner must be related to these people to allow such behavior in a professional setting. I will never go back to that location ever again!

There is this stuck up Hispanic woman employee that think she to good for her job. Purposely flagging peoples accounts judging them based off race and other factors. New employees at this location is needed.

I recently had to get a new phone because mine got wet. This was a very painful process trying to transfer over the data and none of it got fully completed. And then they told me they were going to waive any transfer fee. They never told me how much they would charge but said, "Don't worry, we'll take care of this for you." Then they turned around and billed me $65 later. So now I have a phone that I got billed $65 for a transfer that's not complete, and I've been spending the last several days trying to fix this myself.
