Great experience! Treated like our company matters. Manager JC gave us special prices to sweeten the deal & we were handled with professional care by Andres Valecillos who set up all our business phones. In the morning Alli helped to complete our switch back to Verizon from AT&T. AT &T was a nightmere experience for our business- NEVER AGAIN! So happy to be back with VERIZON. Can’t Talk for the whole store but the heavy set hispanos with the tattoos on his hand always has an attitude. Always acts like he doesn’t want to even work there. I clearly ask him do you have the orange iPhone 17 ProMax?? Yes he says. Goes to the back come back, has me there for over an hour and then goes back there to “get the phone” comes back and tells me it’s a 10 min wait. Ok. Comes back and tells me that the phone can’t be given it was for someone’s pick up smh. Like cmon man you could have told me that an hour ago. ... read more

Alexandria was excellent. She worked hard to try to unlock my laptop. She called a few people and couldn't do it, but I feel she went out of her way to try. Thank you Alexandria.

Even though they were very busy and I had to wait outside the customer service was phenomenal. Starting with the security personnel who greeted everyone and organized all of the customers waiting outside with me. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this location
