Omg, Curren was so pleasant and extremely knowledgeable, and he guided me thru the entire upgrade process. It was the easiest phone upgrade I’ve ever had. I was afraid I was going to not be able to do some complicated phone line switching but he figured it out and made it so easy. I really appreciate when Verizon has people that truly care and know what they’re doing! Will be coming back to this location because the customer service is top tier.
Shantay was remarkable.
