Absolute worst, tried ordering a new phone that was in stock, got delayed 6 days just for them to cancel. Verizon headquarters tried reaching them a couple of times with no success
can't reach anyone at the store with the phone number provided. and as for express same day pick up, all lies. the phone won't be ready in 1-3 hours. matter fact it won't be ready that day either just a load of crap to get you to purchase. the worse customer care experience.
