I was lied to in four different ways by Jacob, who now works at the Beverly location. We are switching to TMobile. 1) we were having service issues in our apartment, Jacob said upgrading my device would help, it did not 2) he said upgrading to the highest value Unlimited plan would put us on a preferred network with better signal too, which looking back, really sounds ridiculous 3) he told us the new device would be free if I traded in my old device within 30 days. Had a great experience with Jacob T. I was pretty frustrated with Verizon connectivity issues and tech service was unhelpful. Jacob offered multiple options and ultimately helped find a solution, and was able to get me a new phone with some good promos. I’ll come back to him in the future!
Horrible experience. Everything took forever. DO NOT USE!
