When you go inside, they promise you something and they pay for something else I can’t say I’m happy with their service. The signal is very poor in my house and they only live half mile from Verizon shop their billing is ridiculous. They make their bills so complicated so you won’t understand it. Somebody should report this Mickey Mouse business.

This was the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had with Verizon. I went in to upgrade my phone and was told I’d get a “FREE” Apple Watch with no extra charge. At checkout, the salesman suddenly says it’s $100. When I pushed back, he goes, “Oh, I’ll just charge you $50 to activate it” and conveniently forgot to mention it would add $80 per month to my bill. I was lied to in four different ways by Jacob, who now works at the Beverly location. We are switching to TMobile. 1) we were having service issues in our apartment, Jacob said upgrading my device would help, it did not 2) he said upgrading to the highest value Unlimited plan would put us on a preferred network with better signal too, which looking back, really sounds ridiculous 3) he told us the new device would be free if I traded in my old device within 30 days.
