Long wait... they were telling everyone different wait times. They told me 1-3 hours and another person 2 hours just to get a SIM Card and it was a person with no internet. They told us to order online and it would be faster “15 minutes”. When we did that they told us they didn’t have the phones. I ended up going to a different Verizon store. the one on west 11th is better. Avoid. Their online support isn’t much better sadly because them and AT&T have a duopoly on the cell phone industry
DO NOT BUY A PHONE AT THIS LOCATION!!! I originally reviewed this store positively, 2 years ago. I commended them on their customer service. Then came the end of 2024 and I needed a new phone. I originally went to Best Buy to buy a cheap unlocked phone. However this time the phone wouldn't connect to the network so I had to return it. Had an amazing experience adding a new line onto my plan. Trey was friendly, informative and gave excellent service. 10 out of 10 and WILL be coming back.

Horrible service at the Coburg Rd store n the the royal store was even worse just negative right of the start I'm a ignorant man when it comes to these phones just need one of the people to look at my phone n press a couple buttons like they do all day n I'd be on my way I'll find some 4 yr old to help me or just find another service we pay Alot of money for the service but there's no service to be had In the past I bragged about Verizon be the best but starting to question that
