5 stars for Aaron specifically. He was able to contact the fraud center and get me clear answers on the issues I was having. He is fantastic and the main reason I appreciate this location. This man deserves a raise, I had horrific customer service in a previous location and he was able to fully understand and find me solutions. Thanks Aaron
Went in for an upgrade and Nico produced 2 quotes stating getting a new line would effectively be cheaper on my bill, I followed his advice and checked my bill after the changes, either he lied or confused the quotes because my bill jumped an additional $70. After returning the new line and completing my original upgrade the difference was $13 not $70. I want to give the benefit of the doubt but it's hard not to believe this wasn't done for an additional activation to meet his quota.
Too long of a wait. 1hr 45 mins, and there were only 5 ppl ahead of me.
