it’s unknown how much long term psychological damage i’ve sustained from this location. i came in around 1pm and was told i would be next in line for service and that they’d call me when it was my turn. i explained to the guy manning the door that i couldn’t receive texts or phone calls, which is why i was there. he said i could wait in the store and i asked the estimated wait time. he acted like that was such an unreasonable and inappropriate ask and gave me unprofessional attitude showing me how annoyed he was with my ques... read more
Mint is $15/m for 5G.. I was a model customer with Verizon for 15 years. They don’t care about you, all of their customer service people hang up on you when you need help, they switched to AI service to push you off further. Verizon is not a trash company, switch today it takes 10m and you don’t have to drive anywhere!
We recently upgraded our phones through Fred Lobo at the Coburg Rd Verizon store and he was fantastic! He not only found us the best deal, but helped us compare plans and perks and with our new iPhones, we still end up saving money on our monthly plan. I highly recommend Fred!
