The older guy at this store had a bad attitude and was not very helpful. We have heard bad things about this location but decided to try it again anyway but it was the same experience as previous ones. Won’t be going back to this location.
I went in there Sunday morning with a phone issue, I thought I was going to have to buy a new phone. I was able to get a replacement phone for free due to a insurance policy that I had forgotten about. The customer service I received was EXCELLENT. They were very helpful and were actually able reduce my monthly bill as well. I will be back again and will recommend this store to everyone. Thank you.
They should get a -0 overbilling phone numbers where you can't get ahold of anyone to fix a problem they just pass the buck to keep ripping you off I guess I'll be getting a lawyer
