Wish I would have read these reviews before walking in to set up two lines and move over from T-Mobile. DECEPTIVE Talking to you Richard Russ. After setting up two lines, one of which I needed to transfer over, but didn’t have the account number and transfer pin, Richard assured me I could call him once I had the info to finish the process. I'm not going to even bother explaining the one star rating because you guys know how much you suck! The only thing you will do is respond with your cliche "give us a chance to make it right" responses and never actually do right by the customer. Switching to T-Mobile or AT&t is the only thing a customer can do to be treated decently.
Are you kidding me, the best customer service I’ve had at any phone company ever!! Shawna and Tracy took the best care of us, I’m still in shock at how hard they worked on our behalf.
