Went in a couple days ago looking at options to upgrade my phone. The phone I wanted was going to add an extra $5.55/m on to the bill. Now when I go to do it today. They are telling me it’s going to be an extra $33.33/m to upgrade. When I asked what happened to the extra $5.55/m option the guy looked at me dumbfounded saying they don’t have that. When I go to the Verizon app to upgrade it is currently showing me $5.55/m. Maybe your salesman should stop worrying about increasing their commission pay and just get what the cust... read more
