They do not even communicate with each other anymore causing borderline theft of a phone we purchased outright that we never received, and they have no clue why it wasn’t released and how to help.They all just keep blaming the other. Vance and the manager at the Franklin Gastonia store went above and BEYOND customer service today! They have gained 3 Verizon customers for life! We just moved back here from Florida and needed new local phone numbers with service. Not only did they provide us with service and numbers we got a great deal on new phones as well. We are tickled pink to be back home in the Carolinas and after receiving service like this we are 100% certain moving back here was the best decision ever!!!
