Vance and the manager at the Franklin Gastonia store went above and BEYOND customer service today! They have gained 3 Verizon customers for life! We just moved back here from Florida and needed new local phone numbers with service. Not only did they provide us with service and numbers we got a great deal on new phones as well. We are tickled pink to be back home in the Carolinas and after receiving service like this we are 100% certain moving back here was the best decision ever!!! I went to drop my phone off from an online trade in, and the store here created a new trade instead. I've had to call and chat with support 3 times, and I'll have to call again once the trade times out and messes my bill up.
Recently my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Android went on the blink, I feared it would require a factory reset so I made an appointment at the Gastonia Verizon store. I lucked up being greeted by Nick Penley, Specialist - who listened to what happened and said that it may not require a factory reset. He asked numerous questions and spent about an hour making adjustments to return my phone back to being fully operational - without a reset!
