I have to agree with other reviewers about the lack of customer service at this location. My husband and I went in to get help setting up his new phone because he was switching from AT&T. The man who assisted us was clearly very annoyed by us as soon as we walked in. He was rolling his eyes, very unfriendly. He did not help us fully set up and as soon as we got home we realized things were not done properly. We had to call corporate to have them assist us further. Huge waste of our time.
Great experience- everyone was friendly and helpful. Big shout-out to Kelly for working very hard to get me all set up with my new phone and line!
This Verizon has to be the absolute worse!!! I rather just drive to Charlotte. Last week I added a line to my plan. I literally went in and no customers were there and it took over a hour and half to get this done. The person helping me literally walked away for 30 minutes and I had no clue where she went to. Fast forward to today. My husband went to purchase a phone because his broke. He ordered a phone online and they told him, he would need to cancel that order in which they wasn’t offering the same deal. Customer service... read more
Nathan and his colleagues at Verizon, Franklin Blvd (Gastonia) were amazing. Nathan patiently prodded Spectrum to give me my number back during a porting nightmare. I visited 5 stores trying to resolve this issue. Only Nathan could resolve it. During the hours Nathan worked with Spectrum, I saw many happy customers come and go from this store. Well done, Nathan and Verizon!!!
