Went in for the galaxy 25 ultra it's aight I wish I would have got the 24 ultra for sure...they got really good workers there they are very helpful and knowledgeable in these phones

I was disappointed at first as I had sat on a bench for 30 minutes before even being acknowledged. At least 5 other customers arrived and were seen and assisted before me. Finally a young man came to me seeing I had been waiting and he was a phenomenal associate. He was professional and courteous without a fault. He managed wipe a damaged phone clean, activate a new phone sent to me, add a line to my account, and accepted my return phone and box for ups shipping. I walked into a Verizon store expecting help with my phone upgrade—but apparently, I walked into a secret competition for the Most Uninterested Employee of the Year.
