I have been into this store over 10x in the last month updating lines, swapping phones etc. This team has been incredibly helpful, empathic and most importantly kind. I have worked with atleast 3 of the reps and they have always been super nice and efficient. I have 3 small children and trips like these can be challenging. They even bottle flipped with the 4 year old. Definitely a nice experience. I came in a few days ago to upgrade my phone. Mari assisted me throughout the entire process and not only was she thorough with all the options for my plan, but she also made sure she was finding the best price for me and accommodating my budget. She was extremely friendly and nice to talk to, she made the entire experience feel more easy, like I was talking to a friend. And I love my new phone!
