I have been to this store twice in the past week. I have waited for hours even after making an appointment and I still do not have a phone. The clerks in the store were polite and great at apologizing for what they could not do and for the long waits. Also, while I was waiting on a very uncomfortable bench, a clerk was talking to an older couple with a service dog. Constant lies and they lost my cell phones. Traded in the wrong one by serial number and Im potentially losing credits and being overcharged for what was promised. No follow up when promised. Been waiting on a call since 6/28. Rep will not return calls. Phone system routes you through endless prompts with no resolution. Only "hope" is to catch rep in office when you stop by. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY!!!! Im not one to normally post a review, but this needed to be told. I had a terrible experience at this location where i was lied to about what my bill was going to be about three years ago. I told myself that i would never go back.
