Just upgraded my phone which is normally a difficult process but Eric made it really easy. He was patient and answered all the questions I had and didn’t overly sell anything. It felt like he understood what I wanted and didn’t try to push anything extra. Thank you Eric for making this the easiest phone upgrade process yet!

I have been to this store twice in the past week. I have waited for hours even after making an appointment and I still do not have a phone. The clerks in the store were polite and great at apologizing for what they could not do and for the long waits. Also, while I was waiting on a very uncomfortable bench, a clerk was talking to an older couple with a service dog. The clerk was very condescending to the older couple and very frank with no empathy or compassion for this couple. They offered no solutions for problems or suppo... read more
