I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for over 9 years, which is why my store experience at this location was especially disappointing. I checked in at the store and was second in line, but ended up waiting about 35 minutes without any acknowledgment. While I understand store reps were assisting other customers, there was no communication, no eye contact, and no effort to let me know I’d be helped shortly. NIKI IS THE BEST . Had huge issues with 1 800 verizon useless customer service. New phones not working but Niki figured out the issue in 5 minutes she's the best there is A+.

Luke was unbelievably awesome. We had to do multiple calls with various Verizon customer support and nothing was working out - but then we called him; he got our wifi squared away AND adding someone to my account call within 10 minutes. OUTSTANDING service - will shop there again!
