Deanna is a very knowledgeable manager for Verizon. She went far beyond to assist me with a major issue I had. Not only was she knowledgeable she also had a sweet personality. I took up 2 hours of her time and expertise she got my issue resolved for that I am grateful
Worst business I ever ever encountered in my life. Ordered a phone for a pick up at this location. From the moment I walked in the you young lady was extremely rude and said "I dont see nothing here with your name on it" The only employee that helped guide me along this process was Andrew. He was great. The manager did not even say a word to me when I asked to speak to her twice. I have. I have never been treaded so rude and disrespected in my life.
