I went to our (15 years now) local Verizon store. I walked in and was greeted right away. The next thing I knew I was greeted again buy a young male with a smile in his face . Happy to be there it looked ☺️. His name was Brandon Hoyle. He answered all my questions and even took the time to show my some charging cables. I wish everywhere I shopped had customer service associates like Brandon!

I love this store. Cole really helped me out today. I had a bill that was unbelievable. He got on the phone with customer service and asked me questions to help figure out what happened and how he could try and fix it. After 2 hrs 30 mins, he was able to work out something. It's going to take some time to fix the mess another company did, but he was willing to get in the weeds to help me out. THANK YOU COLE!!!

I had my phone in the pool a bit too much this weekend and needed a replacement. They made the whole process quick and easy, getting me out of my old phone and into a new one without breaking the bank. Great service!
