Went to this location after being discriminated towards went into the place I was asked for my id then asked for my account approval and then asked to remove my mask with a room full of people so at this point Verizon is going to lose me as a customer they treat people like trash at this location the Paducah Kentucky location isn’t any better same treatment.
Logan & Ramón were the best. Logan was with us for quite a while, & had great rapport. He was super helpful & knowledgeable, as was Ramón the day before, but he had other customers that overlapped our appointment when we came back. Ramón got is great Internet, cheaper than what we were paying. Logan pulled out all the stops, got us deals, helped us set up, & actually lowered our bill. Had an issue with my hot spot while out of town. We stopped in Clarksville Tn, at this Verizon store to ask a few questions. I was by far one of the best experience that I have ever had with Verizon. The associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to explain our bill, and what happened during the process of buying our new phones. That actually cause us to loose our hot spot.
