Worst experience ever to be an authorized retailer I have been to the store six times. They sold me a phone that did not work. They tried to fix it once then tells me to contact corporate office in order to get a new phone. The staff is very horrible. The store manager is very very rude. Ordered online, went to tje store to pick it up. Waited almost 2 hours. I tried to flag a few people down, they looked at me and kept walking. When someone finally did acknowledge me, they acted like I was interrupting their personal time. Then had the nerve to tell me I was next, while another argued 1 more was in front of me.
Kristi was very professional and courteous and helpful.
