Spent $1000 on a new phone and accessories and VZW wanted to charge $30 to transfer info from old phone to new.
Went it today. I had so many problems with account. Everything from a billing issue to phone being in SOS mode. I was almost ready to start over lol. But Melissa helped resolve every issue, and seemed to really care about my situation. I’m sure all other employees are wonderful too but dealing with her today was the most positive experience I have ever gotten from any Verizon employee. Ever. She is the absolute best and I definitely will go back and ask for her!!
Brian helped me soooo much with getting a new phone!!! He was super patient and helpful. Very funny throughout the entire process I would highly recommend!!
