Staff was very health full, Their was some waiting and the Staff I was waiting for was knowledgeable. I was also able to get someone who spoke language I needed to get my goal done. Verizon!!

I called a day ahead to inquire about an individual line and prices compared to a business one and “What was Required”. The individual I spoke with a day prior made it clear for individuals plan process consisted of simple requirements; Drivers license and SSN and For The Business Plans the Articles Of Organization and TIN were required. The sales guy informed me the business line meant “ Two Cell phones” and of course I don’t need two phone so I had him run the individual plan for financing and I was declined and when I wan... read more
