This store refused to help my mom set up her new phone because we did not want to pay the $29.99 for them to sign into her icloud in order to transfer her information. They were extremely rude and told her "we dont have to answer any questions since you didnt pay the fee for us to help you". Been a customer of verizon for 11.5 years. Military mom and treated her like she was trash. Embarrassing. This has been escalated to corporate. I have been to this location twice in the last few months and Steve was great both times! Very nice, helpful, and patient. I will be asking for him for any future help. His customer service is above and beyond. Thank you Steve!

Customer service was terrible was hour wait while 3-4 employees walk back and forth to the back room doing nothing. short manger with glasses checks ppl in while waiting I watch him pick ppl he doesn't like and when other employees have ppl they are working with he gets there attention may even have them go to back room then come out back to customer and tell them they can't help them and they have to call fraud department there's nothing in store can do

The phone number listed for this store is answered by AI. I asked to speak to an agent but was asked if I wanted to add data. When I stated again to talk with an agent, AI ended the call. 2nd attempt: AI connected me to a call center. (Mind you, I needed to know if a screen protector for my phone was in stock.) Explained that I wanted to speak with an agent who was physically in the store. The call center agent gave me the store's real phone number. Guess what? It's the same number I already called twice!
