Amazing service from a great group of guys. Over the last few days Jacob and the rest of the team were able to help me smoothly transition lines over and get a new internet. The 5G internet service is amazing and was so simple to set up. Verizon is so much better with regards to service, customer service, and quality compared to AT&T.

Big shout out to William for fixing my phone! Had not worked right for over a week. Just switched from T-Mobile and was considering switching back. William was able to dig into the problem and find the solution. My imei number did not match my account. Two other people had looked and not spotted it. I appreciated his no nonsense, let's fix it attitude. Give that man a raise!
