Not surprise this store has poor rating. The communication is horrible, customer service is twice as bad. The old gentleman that works here might as well retire if he’s gonna treat people the way he treats people. I asked a question and his answer was for me to look it up on YouTube! This a review for the store at Lakeline Mall and 183 and Verizon the company. It is not a reflection of the good people that work here as I have never been: “Today is the day and I still do not have it. Lacks customer service. Very poor quality. I shouldn't have to be forced to buy additional services just because u need to make money. The rude questioning left me shocked. Your staff needs training!
Was about to cancel my contract after 30+ years. Gus, one of the managers heard my concerns and corrected the issue! Hero! Recommend, if you go deal with Gus!
