I had a good experience here. The wait was precisely as predicted and the associate Dylan was not only very helpful but kind and easy to talk too. The reason I leave 4 stars instead of 5 is because we originally came in to receive the phone + watch + tablet deal but unable to because it was the 2nd of a new month. So I received my new phone and left content. Thank you Dylan.
I don't like writing bad reviews but you guys need to do something about the employees here. I went in to get account documentation, as it's a corporate store. Unfortunately, they did not assist and were incredibly aggressive. I talked to other Verizon stores and apparently their behavior and attitude is a known issue. My recommendation is to steer clear of this location.

This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Please. Do not use verizon. Ever. I told them I needed it for work. They said "oh we cover your that exact location." Coverage map said so, so we did it with a trade in. Well, turns out THE PHONE DOESNT WORK THERE, and they wouldn't let us leave their service because of the trade in. And, not only that, they added insurance we didnt ask for and won't take it off. Its been weeks and theyre like "sorry, its a pending charge and we cant drop it." And they said we'll STILL have to pay it.... read more
