Courteous staff. I traded in my phone and picked up an order. Smooth & fast experience.
Worst experience ever. Very friendly, but after I told him I didn’t want the plans they added to my new phone. Guy gets upset and didn’t help me set up my phone and didn’t guide me to my supposedly new account withe them. In mumbles saying that I wasn’t saving money.
I am going to be so happy to get off the Verizon service. Their coverage and quality has really gone down in recent years. They are always so difficult to work with as well.
Great experience at this store, assisted by Brooks! He worked to listen to all of my needs and concerns, and find the best fit that I felt comfortable with. Anytime a question comes up, I’m always able to return and get an answer. I never feel rushed or like an inconvenience, but a valued customer. If you’re looking to make the switch, I highly endorse this store and Brooks.
