I have been a customer with Verizon for a long time, they always have good customer service. However, today my daughters and I went to this location and met Kennon. He was exceptional! He went above and beyond to help us get new phones for my girls with nothing down and also added some perks to my account which is a separate account altogether! This is where we will be going for any future visits. Go see Kennon y’all! You won’t be disappointed!
Can’t say enough about the assistance I get from Verizon. I was in today to replace a phone that died …. Cannon was incredible … and patient with all my questions. I came out with a new phone, more knowledge on how to operate all the bells and whistles and an increased confidence. Excellent service. Five stars!!!
I went to the store today. Justin, was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly at the same time. He helped me with turning in my old iPad, choosing and purchasing a new one. He also helped me with ordering a keyboard for my new iPad, and, added Fox1 channel to my plan( as I requested it). He also guided me through how to erase my old iPad. He is a very intelligent person and I am totally grateful for his excellent customer service! He took a perfect care of me! Keep up the great job, Justin!
