I went to the store today. Justin, was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly at the same time. He helped me with turning in my old iPad, choosing and purchasing a new one. He also helped me with ordering a keyboard for my new iPad, and, added Fox1 channel to my plan( as I requested it). He also guided me through how to erase my old iPad. He is a very intelligent person and I am totally grateful for his excellent customer service! He took a perfect care of me! Keep up the great job, Justin!
