They have no corporate representation here and only franchisees exist. This great lead limits their ability to address any issues that come up. This has cost me dearly in terms of time and money. Went in to explore changing phone carriers. Ended up switching to Verizon based on promotions we were promised. LITERALLY NOTHING THIS GUY SAID WAS TRUE OR POSSIBLE. Things that weren't true: phones we chose having full promotional credit (i now have two phone payments) He claimed he could get us a $100 statement credit and waived activation fees- i got nothing but a huge bill. He quoted us a price- i found out my plan was totally wrong and had all kinds of extras on my bill. They didn't even initiate the port properly and o... read more
