Adrian was over and beyond service expectations! He managed multiple customers efficiently and offered us the best deals he could access. And then completed the data transfers without hiccups seamlessly. Throughout this process we seniors felt confident and that we were in the best hands!! I’m addition he was ver patient with us ( clients of a senior age) walking us through the process every step of the way. Personable , knowledgeable , and efficient. Need I say more?? Fell in love with him along the way!!

I could not have hoped for better service than I got from Adrian at the Burlington VT Verizon store. He helped me work through the complicated changes I needed to make to our account after my husband passed. It took a huge weight off my shoulders to have him find the best way for me to continue service, return my husband’s phone, and get the best possible deal going forward. Knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. I will come to this store and hopefully work with Adrian for my future phone needs. Highly recommend!
Garth was extremely helpful!! Fully transition both my phone and my husband’s phones to new phones without any issues and was very patient With us.
This Verizon location is terrible. They're good at selling items, but not good at offering support. And if something needs corporate forget about it. I waited on the phone for 3 hours while I was in the store because they couldn't figure out how to print a shipping label to return a device that they told me I had to return because they disconnected it.
