I had an excellent experience at Verizon in Burlington after losing my phone. The wait was very short and the customer service was excellent. The representative took into account my financial needs and found a trade in promotion that only changed my monthly bill by a few dollars. The coffee, snacks, and patience with a toddler was very helpful.

These people are pretty amazing. There was an issue with the account we used to have. Although we no longer have a Verizon account they were phenomenal in helping us get it taken care of. After spending over 3 hours on the phone with Verizon to try it get it straightened out they told us we had to go to a corporate store and told us this store was a corporate store. It isn't but they very respectfully assisted us.
Great experience. Mike Trombly answered all of our questions and was a great listener and problem solvers.
