My girlfriend got a new Iphone 16 by mail from Verizon and had to trade her old Iphone 14 into a Verizon store to get her rebate and unfortunately chose the Buford location to do this. We were in Buford for something else Saturday June 14th around 130pm so she went in and they told her she had to download some app on her phone and it would take an hour so we left and killed some time shopping and went back to the store after the hour was up and waited for the 3 African American guys working there to help her but they ignored... read more
I don’t recommend any customers to Verizon let alone the Thai Sales guy name Chris. He is fast talking and unscrupulous as they come. I came into upgrade my phone for me and my son and to leave with additional upgrades I couldn’t afford. I had to call Verizon customer service twice to make my phone bill more affordable after being lied to. You have been warned of this location.
Someone should teach the store employees what customer service is. 4 or 5 customers standing in line for 30 minutes to get service and no acknowledgement/ empathy/update from a single one of them. Most of the customers just left the store.

I am writing to express my absolute outrage and deep dissatisfaction regarding the blatant deceit and unethical behavior I have been subjected to at the hands of your sales representatives—specifically Richard, Eric, and there boss David. These individuals, acting in concert, deliberately misled and manipulated me into accepting terms and conditions that were entirely fabricated.
