I was just dropping off my son's phone. He did an upgrade online. The service was fast and the boy who helped me was good at his job.
I live near here. Been here only a few. Every time it's terrible just like today 2/14/25 This people don't know anything. I always wind up going to the MAIN store in gainesville.
I went into the store last week to replace a phone. I worked with Joaquin. I purchased a low end device outright for one of the lines and specifically asked that I get basic insurance, not the extended, TMP, VMP. I was specific about it. What did he do? He added the most expensive insurance on the line. This helped boost his numbers. Not only that, but he didn't bother activating the phone. I asked if its activated after he handed me the bag.
