Went to the store today because my phone completely froze, none of the buttons worked, I couldn't restart it. Chris was amazing! Showed me how to force a soft reset and then checked my phone for malicious apps, charged some settings for me and had my phone working again in minutes! Thank you Chris! So grateful!
Jeremy and Gina are awesome represntatives for Verizon. After having a horrendous experience at the Canton store I am so glad that I visited the Avon one. Gina and Jeremy were pleasant, knowledgeable and definitely not high pressure like the Canton folks
Great customer service. Quick and friendly. I am having issues with my Samsung 4 flip phone. I close it and it shuts down. I was informed I owe 177 bucks on it still. So I left. If a product doesn't even last until it is paid for, why buy it again.

Best Verizon store in the area. All the employees go the extra mile, especially Russel, who I mainly dealt with. He was helpful, not pushy, and a super friendly person. Ended up buying 3 new iPhones because of him.
