Went in while in the area for a problem with my mother's phone. Brin took good care of us, trying a fix on his phone to make sure we didn't lose messages and photos. Had us on our way quickly, and offered quick and professional service!
I have been a loyal Verizon customer for quite some time, and my experience with their customer service—both by phone and chat—has generally been excellent.
