Bad costomers service Staff are lazy I have never seen a bad staff like this useless store Waiting for 2 hours assistance and at end they just tell you sorry we can’t assist I went to an other store and my problem was solved less then 5 minutes
Went to store got brushed off. Stating I have to call customer service. My phone went on SOS mode, not reading E SIM. Phone disabled. No one was willing to make an effort to help me resolve this issue
When I looked at all the negative reviews about Customer Service about this Verizon store and the same robo response everyone got back, I also decided there's no hope for this store. EVERYONE WHO READS THIS-GO TO CROSS COUNTY. You'll be treated with things you don't get at this location, acknowledgement, courtesy and efficiency. This has been the WORST internet experience of my life. I was a Verizon customer for only about 5–6 months and in that short time, I ended up paying over $1,000 just for Wi-Fi. Every month the bill was outrageous, sometimes $100, sometimes $200, and even $300! That is INSANE for just internet. When I first signed up, they promised me student discounts and also said my dad’s EBT would qualify for additional discounts. But once I became a member, they didn’t help me at all.
