Me and my wife came to this location hoping that the drop off would be a quick in and out. Tldr of this, it wasnt. The self proclaimed manager who was wearing glasses and was bald and was black did not want to help us at all. He had us contact customer service and he wouldnt even talk to them to figure out what was wrong with their system. He kept on saying that he is too busy and wouldnt help at all. I went to get a new phone because I have an upgrade. The girl try to cancel the phone I pre order which never came. She called someone to cancel and the guy did not know his job. He kept asking for my number 10 times. I am a 24 year customer and Verizon service is horrible. How Verizon didn't do a background check to see if this person knows computers. In all my years I have never been through such crappy service.
