Jamal is extremely rude. Instead of trying to help assist my issue which I was told by customer service that will take less than a minute, he was rather referring me to go to another store in Yonkers and that HE WILL NOT ASSIST ME. I asked him to even log into my account and he said he won't. This are the kind of personnel hired to work at Verizon ? CORPORATE AT THAT? If this was from a dealer store i will totally understand but this is Corporate Verizon. Truly rude and horrible service.

I’ve been to this location several times as it is one that has ample parking. I will admit a lot of times the associates are great and excel in customer service but the last few times I’ve went the Manager Hugo is very dismissive. He seems to only concentrate on cutting down on wait times but nothing else. If not for the manager I would rate higher.

horrible customer service,takes way too long , seen i came in before these other people and still managed to help them before me … the store manager has no respect to the elders, someone lost there wallet he was about to put it out in the open, so what? someone can steal it ?? this store sucks!! horrible corporate management.

EVITE A TODA COSTA ESTA TIENDA, ME PASO UNA SITUACIÓN QUE A NADIE SE LA DESEO, SUCEDE QUE COMPRE UN SAMSUNG GALAXY S25 ULTRA, al tercer dia de comprar el dispositivo empezó a presentar problemas con el Bluetooth que se kita solo de las llamadas, se sube solo y en dos ocasiones se pone lento el Internet, llame a soporte técnico de Verizon desde mi celular, se pasaron dos semanas con mentiras tras mentiras, le dije que como estaba dentro de los 30 dias de la garantía que me lo cambiaran, me dijeron que si, se supone que tenia ... read more
